I know someone who plays with him at local level. He was shocked when Ted was given a scholarship. Not even the most promising player in the team. I doubt anything will come of Ted.

BF has plenty of well informed people regarding draftees. Especially at this time of year, some of them really know potential draftees. Certainly more knowledgeable than most of the posters here in that regard.

When there is a Liam Jurrah situation or an uncontracted player we want. In other words, its rarely better than a ND pick.

If there are no uncontracted players (or no LJs) we are after, it is better to use the pick in the ND.
