Guess How Many Demonland Hits On Draft Day

Featured Replies

It's a near perfect day.

Couple of good pick-ups in the early draft and then the disappearing arse of Little Johnnie - the worst weasel liar who ever disgraced the position of Prime Minister of our great country.

Go Johnny all the way. Who cares about IR. Im a hospitality worker so i know first hand that it sucks not having overtime, penalty rates etc. We get a basic wage lower than most industries and no extra pay for longer than 8 hours. My mates are getting paid up to $6 more an hr than me and sit at a desk, an easier job and less stressful. They also get a higher salary than someone working in hospitality. So believe me IR sucks but most countries have them now. Rudd cant eliminate IR for 4 years and will stuff our economy. Go Johnny all the way

Both ways and if a tie I will have to come up with another CD.

Got an old Peter Paul and Mary CD at home your wife won't let you listen to Redleg??

I'll go 142, but I think I'm Blowin in the Wind.

Don't worry about the old PPM's, just ask Redleg if he still has any of those old bootleg CD's he bought in Hong Kong. Like the "authentic" best of Sting where the singer does "Message in a Botwl" off key and with a distinct Chinese accent. I'm not even going to try a guess just in case I "win" the prize.

The only PP&M song I ever liked was " I dig rock and roll music". I would never buy one of their CD'S, (or records) as they were then.

2364 and if i dont win my life is over

Johnny will be lucky to hold his own seat in Bennelong let alone win government again.

The guy's a born liar, hypocrite and boor who'll do anything to save his own skin. Not this time thank god.

Sayonara Johnny, you puny excuse for a nation's leader.

Well here is an actual home grown thought.....

I am in Bennelong and he will more than likely win here.

Whether you like it or not ne is actually pretty popular around here.

And even if she is a "media" ring-in she has a tough task in front of her.

No we didn't, I forgot about it in all of the excitement surrounding the draft. Hopefully Demonland can work out a winner and let us know. Then details can be obtained for the winner and the prize sent.

yeah where is my cd?

Honestly I have no bloody idea ;) !!!

Could say the same about your election prediction ;)

  • POSTGAME: Rd 16 vs Gold Coast

The Demons did not come to play from the opening bounce and let the Gold Coast kick the first 5 goals of the match. They then outscored the Suns for the next 3 quarters but it was too little too late and their season is now effectively over.

  • PREVIEW: Gold Coast

The Gold Coast Suns find themselves outside of the top eight for the first time since Round 1 with pressure is mounting on the entire organisation. Their coach Damien Hardwick expressed his frustration at his team’s condition last week by making a middle-finger gesture on television that earned him a fine for his troubles. He showed his desperation by claiming that Fox should pick up the tab.  There’s little doubt the Suns have shown improvement in 2025, and their position on the ladder is influenced to some extent by having played fewer games than their rivals for a playoff role at the end of the season, courtesy of the disruption caused by Cyclone Alfred in March.  However, they are following the same trajectory that hindered the club in past years whenever they appeared to be nearing their potential. As a consequence, that Hardwick gesture should be considered as more than a mere behavioral lapse. It’s a distress signal that does not bode well for the Queenslanders. While the Suns are eager to remain in contention with the top eight, Melbourne faces its own crisis, which is similarly deep-seated but in a much different way. After recovering from a disappointing start to the season and nearing a return to respectability among its peer clubs, the Demons have experienced a decline in status, driven by the fact that while their form has been reasonable (see their performance against the ladder leader in the Kings Birthday match), their conversion in front of goal is poor enough to rank last in the competition. Furthermore, their opponents find them exceptionally easy to score against. As a result, they have effectively eliminated themselves from the finals race and are again positioned to finish in the bottom half of the ladder.
