Robbo needs an *. Unless you are trying to tell us something Alpha 33?

Robbo also played his first game in 1997.

so junior will get his 200 in the first week of the finals then? :D :D :D

Any chance of Yze playing 35 games over the next 2 years to reach 300?

Any chance of Yze playing 35 games over the next 2 years to reach 300?

I think he will play on next year, but whether he plays on in 2009 to reach 300 is a bit of a dream!!

What amazes me is how many of those players who have made the 200 line are recent or current players.

Add to that the likely 200-game milestones of Mcdonald, Green, Bruce and Johnstone and you're looking at most of our 200-gamers coming in since 1990.

Green in particular could be one of our next big totals - still barely 26, about 160 games to his name, and he does seem to be reasonably durable/lucky on the injury front.

And I'm sure he'll want to get in 100 games as captain...

  • GAMEDAY: Brisbane

It's Game Day and the Demons return to the MCG after a dismal performance in Gather Round to face the reigning dual Premiers Brisbane. What do expect to see from the Dees today?

  • PREVIEW: Brisbane

They really had me fooled when I picked them with great confidence to beat the Bombers at Gather Round last week. I should have recognised that nothing is more quintessentially Melbourne than defeating the undefeated early premiership favourite one week and losing to a winless cellar dweller on its way to establishing a record losing streak the next.

Melbourne’s much vaunted finishing power evaporated at Adelaide Oval on Saturday afternoon, exposed for the third time in four years by its Essendon Gather Round hoodoo.
