Within the industry he's very proven and respect and his achievements speak for themselves. Was instrumental in Richmond's premierships according to Brendan Gale, Trent Cotchin and Damian Hardwick, they should know.

Think anyone trying to help people in this space should be encouraged and celebrated not talked down about
