Something he's very entitled to do, but this isn't the way to do it. the speculation will now continue until Trac is traded, or trade week ends if he doesn't speak, and personally, i suspect that's what he wants.

You cannot say it’s right or wrong, because we are not privvy to what is going on internally.
Tracc may have been speaking to people about it for months, i certainly heard about it 12 months ago, not specific details, but i was made aware that all was not good.
This story will be fish and chip wrapper very soon, no damage was done. It gave cheap journos a few days work

You don't consider around the clock negative media representation that would almost certainly have negatively impacted the list management departments ability do attract players as a direct result of Christians decision to remain silent damage? I think you're giving him an out he doesn't deserve, he's a big boy, he's been through a lot but he has a team of professionals representing him and an element of this that you might not want to admit exists, is undoubtedly calculated, for what purpose? i don't know with certainty.

I don’t think it will change anything. Players have been signed up, there is no mass exodus

The Club needs to make changes, which i believe are happening right now

If the right money is offered I don’t believe players will not come to the MFC

Morris is the only one who should be concerned, his sources have fed him BS

As i said last week, he has basically told the Club to get its act together, which I think is a positive

i don't believe this.   i think this is a gross distortion.

yes he was disappointed with season. max, jack and lever have both said the same thing, but no-one is saying they have told the club to "get its act together"

Jake Lever booked in for surgery this week. Can’t confirm what for however assume it’s ankle or knee cleanup.

The Demons return to town fresh off a thumping win over the back-to-back wooden spooners, the West Coast Eagles, played in front of a sparse crowd at Marvel Stadium, the same venue that hosted last week's heartbreaking loss.

  • PREVIEW: West Coast

It was bad enough that the Melbourne Football Club created yet another humiliating scenario inside its wretched season at Marvel Stadium last Sunday, but the final insult is that it has been commanded to return to the scene of the crime to inflict further punishment on its fans this week. Incidentally, if this match preview, of a game that promises to be one of the most unattractive fixtures in the history of the game, happens to cut out of your computer screen three quarters of the way through, it’s no coincidence. I’ll be mirroring the Demons’ lacklustre effort against St Kilda from last Sunday when they conceded the largest last quarter turnaround for victory in the history of the game.

  • REPORT: St. Kilda

When looking back at the disastrous end to the game, I find it a waste of time to concentrate on the final few moments when utter confusion reigned. Forget the 6-6-6 mess, the failure to mark the most dangerous man on the field, the inability to seal the game when opportunities presented themselves to Clayton Oliver, Harry Petty and Charlie Spargo, the vision of match winning players of recent weeks in Kozzy Pickett and Jake Melksham spending helpless minutes on the interchange bench and the powerlessness of seizing the opportunity to slow the tempo of the game down in those final moments.
