Interesting ladder after 4 rounds. usually there are plenty of teams on 2-2.

7 teams are 1-3 or worse. I know it is very early but you'd think only the Lions will recover from this position to make finals (pies some chance)

of the teams in the 8, I'd expect the Crows and Blues to drop and Saints and Lions to take their places

The Pies are finished.  They just got smashed by a winless GWS on the MCG.  Buckley will be gone mid year.

Part of Collywobbles doing so badly and us doing well, is that Trac may be less interested in their big bucks.

Have you seen their coach in the shower, Kev?

There's more than just the coach at the Pies to attract the right sort of player.  There's big Cox, there's Sidebottom, and also Roughead if you're into that sort of thing.

The Port/Tigers game was the benchmark game in terms of finals-type pressure, speed of the game & ball movement and intensity

The other teams we can beat if we bring our best (Eagles had an off day but the Swans & Bulldogs are teams that we can beat)

As we've seen, most, if not all the teams can have an off day.

But we need to bring our best even against the lesser-lights

Update on AFL Player ratings. The dogs have some kind of midfield! An obvious imbalance compared to all other teams

Whereas we're well repesented by every part of the ground
