I probably didn't make it very clear but I mean a real mistake like losing the check-in data of 50,000 people making contact tracing near impossible.

are you serious?.......we are talking about their back-end financial accounting system

you may not like their front-end customer web-facing systems, but once the back-end is locked down it's rock solid
