I have noticed both Gawn and TMac have been in the media a bit following last weeks loss.

Seen nothing from Jones...

Because he speaks like a child. He was on SEN last week though pre pink lady and also on AFL360.

it is a no brainer that viney is sole captain. jones can get dropped for sh.tty performances

I would prefer Viney just to get a few games on the park myself.

Captains in the Grandstand or Coaches Box have very little influence

About time we saw some acid poured on Jones. He needs to stand up and be the leader this team desperately needs.

Don't complain that you haven't played finals in 12 years if you're not prepared to stand up and pull the team over the line. His half-assed jogging through the midfield was pathetic on Sunday. Way to set an example for an impressionable young team crying out for strong leadership.

Not the only one asking Jones to stand up and lead.

Sadly i have been saying it for years. I wonder if he can actually do it.

I am sure he wants to, but there is a huge difference between thinking and DOING

as John Kennedy told us all many Grand Finals ago.

Jeez that's fairly direct

The guys in the Media want us to be in there. Fresh blood. New heroes to talk about.

But we have to show it. DO IT

And if he came out in the media this week you'd probably say he should stay out of the media and focus ln his on field performance..

Your personal vendetta against him is tiresome.

Forget the haunting of Round 11 — we’ve got this. Melbourne returns to its inner-city fortress for its milestone 100th AFLW match, carrying a formidable 10–2 record at IKON Stadium. Brisbane’s record at the venue is more balanced: 4 wins, 4 losses and a draw.

  • DRAFT: The Next Generation

It was not long after the announcement that Melbourne's former number 1 draft pick Tom Scully was departing the club following 31 games and two relatively unremarkable seasons to join expansion team, the Greater Western Giants, on a six-year contract worth about $6 million, that a parody song based on Adele's hit "Someone Like You" surfaced on social media. The artist expressed lament over Scully's departure in song, culminating in the promise, "Never mind, we'll find someone like you," although I suspect that the undertone of bitterness in this version exceeded that of the original.
