A few rumours floating around he may want out of Brisbane.   Not sure what the cost would be, but his age (turns 28 in November) might make him gettable for the MFC even without our first rounder.

Would be a perfect compliment to our current midfleld which is loaded with inside contested beasts.  We need run and carry, and Hanley provides it at a very high level.

The article that someone linked to earlier today said that the Lions would be looking for a first round pick, at least, if they were to give him up.  We don't have one, which means our chances of getting him are very, very small.

Still, he would be handy to have in the red and blue; I just don't see it happening.

That makes sense. He's a gun.  Probably wishful thinking he will get to the Demons.

Had a poor season but rated him before that. As others have said, don't think we'll be able to offer as much as others.

He's the right type of player for us (more so than Hibberd), but the price is too much for his output in recent times.
