Mike Sheahan's Low for 2012

Featured Replies

yes i see where you are coming from Hard. But i reckon he has stirred the pot enough.

I would prefer him to knock on Mclardy's door and say "Can i help?"...He would know a load of people.

Agree WYL, but would McLardy (or anyone else) listen?

At the end of the day, we as a club and a group of supporters need to be strong enough to not sook when we cop whacks in the media. If it is dodgey info such as the Grant Thomas/Jason Misfud saga, then by all means kick up a stink, but what Sheahan has said here is fair enough. In fact, ask most Demons fans what there lowlight of the season was and you would get the same response.

depends on what he has to say i guess.

We need people on board right now.

Sheahan's response was both lazy and thoughtless. If he felt he had to (again) sink the boot into my team, he should have at least had the decency to acknowledge the impact of the off-field issues that we had to deal with through the season. More appropriately however, he should have looked at the game as a whole, and not focussed on one team. How about the inconsistency of the MRP or the flaws in the third umpire goal review system for example? Pizz weak as usual Mr Sheahan!
