Nev Jetta

I reckon he could become a small defender in the Chris Johnson mould. I haven't seen him play down back, but his pace is better than some would have you believe. Chris Johnson started as a forward, but became a fantastic tough 180cm small back. Neville is the same height, but 10 kilos lighter.

I hope he's put on an extensive weight training program and trains with the defenders over summer.

Still see nothing of value in this bloke. Some people see him as a midfielder, but he struggles to get double figures for possessions most weeks. Other see him as a forward, but he has zero goal sense. Add in his regular injuries, and you have a genuine list clogger. Next, please.

we could really do with a fat has-been who gets on the [censored] before games.

We're gonna sign Jako again?

I'd sign up for that war chest. I'll donate a pallet of VB tins.

Pretty much agree, he doesn't get enough of the ball for me. Has averaged 12 possessions a game each year with 3 tackles. His career high was in his first year with 24 disposals against Carlton.

Doesn't take a leadership role and plays like a bit player with the occassional cameo. Too date he is just another Melbourne player that leaves too much to too few.

Theo, he averages 12 possessions because he has spent most of his time playing as a small forward, he is not a small forward and will show his true value once we can release him in our midfield or our backline.

Neeld was interviewed a few weeks ago and when asked to name a couple of good prospects at the club Nev Jetta was he first one he talked about, so he's going to get another contract based on his comments.
