Probably one of the things Bailey got dead right , I dont see a future here for him either.

I'm not really sure what record that is on, it was always reported as him wanting to leave. Usually if it was the other way around it comes out fairly soon afterwards. I liked him as well, he's in a long list of players who I really thought could be a champion player for us.

He would walk into our midfield and be probably second only to Jones. More of a reflection on us rather than him.

Would take him for cheap, but not who we should be chasing.

Taking Brock is not moving forward, we have to stop playing this near enough rubbish. We need to get tough on our calls as to whos good enough and who simply isnt .

If you want to get nostalgic go to the long room.

The last thing we need is another turtle walking around.

He had his chance at the MFC and he turned his back on us.

Now i would turn my back on him, stuff him.

Go join GWS Brock

Presuming this is about Brock, I've always maintained that whilst we did very well in that trade I would take him back in a heartbeat... always thought he gave his absolute all to our club during him time here, and I also believe he still has plenty of good footy left in him. However, chances of him wanting to return to the MFC after walking out would probably be next to nil I'm guessing.

no way, wait until they get all there players back, he'll be in the VFL.........TOO SLOW

I may have over estimated Turtles willingness to come "home"

Change it to GET the turtle

... and get Robbo in the goalsquare

Robbie Flower on the wing.

Brian Dixon on the other wing.

Barass is still around. Who else hasn't kicked the bucket yet?

A near full strength Demons were outplayed all night against a Blues outfit that was under the pump and missing at least 9 or 10 of the best players. Time for some hard decisions to be made across the board.

  • PREVIEW: Carlton

Good evening, Demon fans and welcome back to the Demonland Podcast ... it’s time to discuss this week’s game against the Blues. Will the Demons celebrate Clayton Oliver’s 200th game with a victory? We have a number of callers waiting on line … Leopold Bloom: Carlton and Melbourne are both out of finals contention with six wins and eleven losses, and are undoubtedly the two most underwhelming and disappointing teams of 2025. Both had high expectations at the start of participating and advancing deep into the finals, but instead, they have consistently underperformed and disappointed themselves and their supporters throughout the year. However, I am inclined to give the Demons the benefit of the doubt, as they have made some progress in addressing their issues after a disastrous start. In contrast, the Blues are struggling across the board and do not appear to be making any notable improvements. They are regressing, and a significant loss is looming on Saturday night. Max Gawn in the ruck will be huge and the Demon midfield have a point to prove after lowering their colours in so many close calls.
