I must say I'm having trouble following that.

You can criticise my opinion all you like I don't expect anyone to agree with me if they do they do. Col certainly hasn't been the worst player we've had on the list and his performance has been ok just not stellar, as I said maybe he is playing as well as he can.

No, the driver of the car must exchange details in an accident and if someone is injured it must be reported to the police. The passenger has no obligation. Also, when you say "leave the scene of an accident", you obviously are meaning before the exchange of details, as everyone who is able to , leaves the scene of an accident at some stage.

It must also be reported to police if there is property damage and the owner isn't present - however that again is a driver obligation. While Col wasn't driving, he probably needs to think twice before he hands his keys to a mate!

Wonderful cars the old minis. I used to fit myself, my baby, his pram and the week's shopping into the car. I laugh when I see prospective parents rushing out to buy a station wagon so they can fit in the gear - all you need is a mini! Why on earth would someone feel compelled to ring up and say that he [censored] on the bar if he did'nt? IMO He just got lucky that the CCTV didnt find him guilty, so he is presumed innocent.

Why would someone do such a thing? Why not? People lie all the time, particularly if they think it will grab them some fame (chk chk boom springs to mind) or they have a grudge, or for some other reason. I would put more weight on the fact that the bar owner/manager made a public statement saying Beamer did NOT pee in his bar.

Unsubstantiated rumours are a wonderful thing, because you don't have to prove anything but can malign anyone you choose.
