Ray could play a bit, he left at an early age to return to Tasmania.

Yep, he was indeed. His other son Matthew is currently in politics as well - Shadow Minister for Energy, the Environment, Parks and Heritage, Climate Change, Sustainable Transport and Alternative Energy according to Wikipedia. Not a bad portfolio considering it's his first term. Worked at my work prior to that gig.
