Yeah I heard all of the top 10 ranked players were injured and won't play.

Haha check mate. But i'm genuinely not joking.

Ill certainly be saying I told you so if he only plays 12 games this year :)

Dappa might be an autopick.

I spoke to him earlier and he wasn't sure how often he can log in.

I'm glad i shortened the time limit to 15

FWIW, Deevoted I would have been taking the same path there!

Excellent player, but I had 2 others ahead of him.

In the draft room looking around, have set to manual

So what do we actually do to make our selection when our turn comes around?

Any up0dates on the process?

Nice pick for no.1 Deevoted

Best player in the comp for mine.

Thx . I Didnt have to think too hard for that one.

Got a feeling its going too get harder further down the draft.

this wait time is killing me....... glad you shortened it JA

Just for future, JA, i have no problems as my Sunday night consists of nothing but i do the NFL version as I'm a mad supporter and their drafting system is every 4 minutes. For me that works perfectly it gives you ample time to find any player you need to or to go through your options whilst not taking 5 hours to complete.

Maybe next year we give it a go?

Yeah I prefer that system as well. Last year we did 1 minute with all of us in one room. Was great fun. next year.

I made blew 1st up, that colour font for the draft is very light I didnt notice it.

I clicked Goddards name, his stats came up. I back tracked double quick

then noticed to select the player, you click the 'draft player' next to the name ....doh

I had my eye on sandi then Riewoldt.

I never had a chance.

10 -15 mins might be about right

the 1st round is easy... might need that xtr time later when all the guns have been selected.

pick 16 damn it! who's gonna be left.

But you're the only coach with 2 picks in the top 17!

Strategic pick for me first - best backman in the league - too big a drop off down back for mine - not as big a drop off in the mids

Isn't he under a big injury cloud?

JA i was stoked to get Riewoldt at 6. I did second guess knowing my old goal kicking percentage stat may cop a hit haha. That said winning marks every week will help ;)

God thsi has me excited. I actually feel sorry for the people who didn't get into this!

[censored], I just remembered...oh well, Jimmy Bartel shouldn't be bad.

  • REPORT: Fremantle

For this year’s Easter Saturday game at the MCG, Simon Goodwin and his Demons wound the clock back a few years to wipe out the horrible memories of last season’s twin thrashings at the hands of the Dockers. And it was about time! Melbourne’s indomitable skipper Max Gawn put in a mammoth performance in shutting out his immediate opponent Sean Darcy in the ruck and around the ground and was a colossus at the end when the game was there to be won or lost. It was won by 16.11.107 to 14.13.97. There was the battery-charged Easter Bunny in Kysaiah Pickett running anyone wearing purple ragged, whether at midfield stoppages or around the big sticks. He finish with a five goal haul.

  • CASEY: UWS Giants

The Casey Demons took on an undefeated UWS Giants outfit at their own home ground on a beautiful autumn day but found themselves completely out of their depth going down by 53 points against a well-drilled and fair superior combination. Despite having 15 AFL listed players at their disposal - far more than in their earlier matches this season - the Demons were never really in the game and suffered their second defeat in a row after their bright start to the season when they drew with the Kangaroos, beat the Suns and matched the Cats for most of the day on their own dung heap at Corio Bay. The Giants were a different proposition altogether. They had a very slight wind advantage in the opening quarter but were too quick off the mark for the Demons, tearing the game apart by the half way mark of the term when they kicked the first five goals with clean and direct football.
