I was trawling through some old posts about Jones and came across the above - it's a small snippet of a post by a poster named two sheds jackson.

I didn't know the guy but he was great value on here and had 299 posts that many of us wished could be more. He wrote eloquently about his cancer here: http://demonland.com...c/16543-cancer/

2SJ passed away in 2011.

But the eternity of the internet allows us to know a little bit of a great person and you should read that OP in the above link.

I thought this was going to be like Range Rover digging up old posts for "I told you so" credits....

I only signed up in 2010 so dont recall 2SJ, but was a sad post to read.

Brings some perspective to life on demonland.

Now that my tears have dried, I really wish I hadn't read this thread but the title sucked me in.

2SJ was wonderfully brave and honest and my belated condolences to his family.

I lost one of my children, Amy, to cancer on 25Oct06, 3 days shy of her 15th birthday. The memory of her bravery prior to her death is one of the things that keep me breathing.
