Sunday Footy Show?

Featured Replies

Did anyone see the wrap of our season on the SFS?

I must have missed melbourne but for each team, they talked about untouchables, trade bait, and stuff like that.

i missed the first part of the show - but from my understanding, they only did teams 9-12. I guess 13-16 was either done last week, or will be done next week

if anyone knows, or could give an internet link it would be greatly appreciated

from memory our untouchables were something like:

morton, mclean, davey, bate, jones

and our trade bait was sylvia white miller and 2 others that i cant remember.

I could be wrong but yeh, this is what i remember.

Garland was an untouchable too.

Can't remember the trade baits, but remember Sylvia was there.

Yes, big call indeed. ;)

Can't remember the trade baits, but remember Sylvia was there.

  • PREVIEW: Essendon

Not long ago, the narrative surrounding Melbourne was steeped in pessimism. There was some concern among the pundits (and even some fans) that the club would arrive at the AFL’s Gather Round still winless, vulnerable to a familiar adversary in the Essendon Football Club, and facing significant scrutiny from an ever-critical media on a national stage. Things have changed.

  • REPORT: Gold Coast

Steven King astutely identified the issues that had plagued the Melbourne Football Club over the past two and a half seasons when he auditioned for the newly created coaching role. The side that had claimed the 2021 premiership had become stodgy, slow-paced, and hesitant to take the initiative.
