  1. I thought the Victor Chan ref was clever and apt.

Watts has everything that would make him a star of the game except for heart, or balls, or whatever you want to call it.

Bad taste or not, it is what it is, and pretending it is anything else isn't doing us or him any favours.

Banned for 6 weeks for telling the truth.

And will have to front JW lovers before being allowed back on demonland.

  2. More importantly, how many hours to go to the end of trade week?

Trade week is similar to bathurst.

Watch the start for maybe some action.

Then watch the end for the final paper scurrying official running into AFL headquarters with the paperwork for a c grader your club has just secured.

  3. Crime was a lot more effective in the days of brown paper bags and meetings in smoky pubs.

But now we have email, mobile traces .

It just seems more acceptable now to follow the electronic clues.

In the old days we had some trenchcoat wearing chain smoking detective,And he come up with the evidence months after the story finished.

Old crime Vs New crime, the nation should vote.

  4. Does that mean I won't need to stress about you putting your hand on my leg at the footy anymore. Phew! Thank Christ.

BTW, I believe generous Jazzy O is going to get a cheap pair of $2 chemist glasses for your yr 9 student. Big of him. The real Jazzy O was renown for wearing all kinds of expensive and exotic bling and for being kind hearted (despite the odd run in with Biffen). Demonland's version is just miserable and ignorant.

    Happy days, mate.

Still not offering to put your hand in own pockets.

    Keep slinging cowboy.

  5. Jason Akermanis was 100% right about the Bulldogs

And i always suspected their 'leaders' were selfish and cared only for their individual stats, mainly Brad Johnson and Luke Darcy

but Brad Johnson was the worst. he was their captain and nothing but a goal hungry squib

The 'leadership' culture of those players has been passed down to guys like Griffen, Cooney and co.

Just like us for a few years.

Until Pete,Glenn and Paul started things rolling.

  6. Gone Girl. Bitter and twisted, which I thoroughly enjoy, and a very strong cast. 2 1/2 hours is a bit long, and the end seems to drag out. Maybe a function of the novelist being the screenwriter - couldn't kill her babies. A warning to those who don't like plot holes - this thing is a colander. If you can ignore the defects, it's worth a visit.

Thanks for that,on the previews at the cinema they must only show the good bits{duh}and you think the movie looks alright until somebody tells you different.

Of course the "star"of the movie is a piece of wood dud actor anyway.

  7. Sign him up. His development of young players is genuinely close to the best in the game. Macrae, Stringer, Bontempelli, Dahlhaus, Hunter and Lin Jong who's coming on so well for those who watched the VFL grand final.

Bulldogs will regret this decision for a long time. They're not just losing Brendan, they will lose Mooney, Scarlett and Joel Corey who McCartney bought over with his Geelong attitude. This is their 186, and I don't know how they'll survive.

Well written, this mob WAS on the right track and just imploded.

We had/have little boys of similar vein,it took an A grader to start stamping it out.

Doggies just fell for the 3 card trick.

  8. Pizzweak Jazzy O.

He says with his hands nowhere near his pockets.

Dont avoid the girl who needs glasses.

Try to sling mud at me,typical city slicker,All over big boy,no balls for you.

BBO,tell me the old mans name and i will at least try to get something done.

Go to the nearest chemist, buy some elcheapos and i will cover it for ya mate.

  9. WTF are you talking about? You get a shite load of tax breaks and pay SFA taxes. "Our" taxes prop up your occupation. I like to eat and drink, but without teachers, you'd be still in a cave (if you aren't there already).

We get FA breaks these days,Interesting that somebody like you are probably seen at heritage listing protests. But dont wont to go back living in a cave.I wouldnt have a problem with that.especially with the punching the kid in the face parents among us today.

Maybe Jazzy O could chip in half for the glasses.

Happy to pay for the kids glasses.Seeing as you havent offered a cent kokbreath.Lenghten your arms, before throwing mud at others.

Although fathers like that should be horsewhipped as the first priority.

  10. Either you are fishing for a rise Jazzy O or you are amongst the most ignorant and isolated fools I have ever had the misfortune of communicating with. Sometimes mate it's better to keep your mouth closed and have people wonder if you are stupid than to open it (or in this case type) and remove all doubt.

    Thanks for the advice dad.

  11. Here’s the deal deal Jizza. I’m about over ignorant and uninformed criticism of teachers. I teach year nine kids who , at the start of this year, didn’t give a [censored] about anything. Now about about half of them have a go and submit their work ! I’m proud of that.

Instead of fondling Buttercup the cow, I’m currently dealing with a kid who can’t see what’s going on because her father punched her in the face and broke her glasses. I’m paying the optometrists bill to sort this out.

I’m not trying to promote myself as a hero here, I’m just saying that I’m sick of simplistic criticism.

And BTW . I enjoy butter and cheese – so I’m not denigrating your job either.

    Nerve touched Cindy.?

BTW,we need good people in the community,

  12. what would it take jazza to get more dairy farmers signed up

with the new china fta you blokes will be millionaires lickety-split

Dairy farmers wont part with a quid to support a culture of pip pip bravo boys.

We want a coach that can actually roll up the miller shirt sleeves and deliver some proper ousting of jelly bellied backboned squibbs that have represented us of late.

Like most farmers im quite prepared to name names and get rid of time wasters.

Or as we say in the country,"couldnt get a kick in a dairy, reserves for you young fella"

  13. Ha Ha. I'm not going to allow you that escape route Jizz! Fess up and admit that teachers made you the [censored] you are!

Yeah, the maffs teacher made me the bloke i is today.{multiply everything by 4 will make u a good farmer]

Can actually remember a teacher botting a [censored] off a student one day.

  14. Like to see more members.

There seems to be an untapped group of school teachers that would sign up lickedy split if we targeted the teachers union with cheap membership for the first year.

Maybe this off season is the time to start.

Members stand full of bohemian types with corduroy jackets ,leather patches on the elbow.

    Swisho dees onward and upward.
