Raced trough the members yesterday with the nephew in tow,avoiding the old mates who still smoke i waved the hand and said gurday.Went to the usual spot next to the meatloaf memorial tunnel{you can exit for a ciggie very quickly form here}.
After game raced out and headed back to geelong for dinner with nephew for support,couldnt stand it half way back,stopped at garage and bought 2 packs of chocolate rollos{remember them]scoffed most before even hitting geelong..
It was then i realised what a chit game we just witnessed,you are on the money redleg,umpiring was shouse.

You gotta love the holding the ball rule, when the opposition are actually in possession under a pack, or the ball is loose and yet you get pinged. Absolutely ridiculous. The umpires just guess and usually go with the stronger club.
They are only doing as instructed.
No push in the back.
Best player doesnt want to be first in for footy anymore.
Kids learning to be 2nd to ball and make a "perfect"tackle to get credits from coach.
Interchange has ruined this game and allowed bums to refresh on bench and attack champions.

Very glad I achieved something yesterday jazza
Im in a terrible position.achievements mean nothing at this stage.And dont give me that namby pamby krap about feeling better,because i dont and getting angry at least 3 times a day.Gee the cig companies really earnt the money with me.

Ive said this before,push in the back was the main free kick when i played.Its now non existent,was bbo said"why be first in for the pill?
Got through the game and drive home without 1 smoke,chit it was hard.Especially after stopping at kardinia cafe{best pizza}the urge to light up after food was incredible.
And then i thought of OD being stuck in hospital counting his days left,that kept me upbeat for another 45 seconds.

How many side 'businesses' does Biff Biff have? From what I've read, it is quite a diversified portfilio.
Dealer.
Knock shop owner and operator.
Second hand{stolen}car retailer.
Tobacconist.
Brewer.
Owner of 2 shirts.1 pair of thongs and a pair of mocco's.
Mobile phone collector and reseller.
Collects cigarette butts for resale.
Collects cash and jewellery of late night part goers for safe keeping and reselling.
Does government agency work also{collects dole}.
There is few of business lines he operates,but cant be mentioned here.

You certainly seem to be enjoying the controversy in the other thread. Who is the [censored] stirrer now? Been smoking for 41 years,can smoke upside down while pulling a calf,tried everything to break the rotten dirty stinking habit.
Thats why ive been so grouchy on that other thread RaB,What a great way to get rid of the DTs from smoking,just stir the living christ out of a cappaccino drinker.
So thats my lot,calving,milking,quitting and counting raindrops making mud in the paddock.

On an entirely different topic, I,sadly, must report that our rarely valued colleague Biffen, has been ordered to undergo rehab for the next two weeks. In order to show that he intends to change his ways, Biff has decided to isolate himself from family and friends at The Gat.
The truth, of course, is that, Biffenâs family disowned him some years ago, after a particularly unsavoury incident or, actually incidents, involving a (formerly) maiden aunt and a few sherries.
Further, due to a number of distasteful personal habits, Biff has no friends.
Despite all this, Biff claims he is genuinely trying to reform, but in the absence of Lordweaverâs firm but god guided hand, his prospects, I believe, are bleak.
The âLadsâ have offered to help, but Biffen, immersed in drug assisted self pity, has rudely rebuffed them.
I will, nonetheless, try to assist poor Biff in anyway I can but any suggestions for his personal development will be passed on.
Typical,takes holidays when calving season on.
Tell him to take a bath,shave,haircut and get his teeth straightened.
Take him down to the nearest bowls club for a game of canasta with the girls and then he may act like OD and be nice for a change.
Dont let him sniff the metho or else its bon voyage and back to being a certified pest.
Actually your the wrong person to be doing this,perhaps get RaB to look after him.

Its definitely the beer garden,shirts are optional by the looks of it.

Most people on the woman in footy thread have misunderstood my opinion.
I think all umpires should be female,they do a great job in country footy and try to be fair as they seem to have something to prove.
They would add greatly to the game as most young men wouldnt backanswer and they{woman} would then feel involvement with the game.
But woman coaches at AFL level are miles away from getting the top jobs,
Some of the posters{most}on the stkilda woman coaching thread have no idea of football infrastructure and are commenting with the old silly thing of "its good for footy a woman being coach".
Thats just a silly footy loving but no experience comment,womans footy dont have any infratructure to support woman in footy.
But the umpiring fraternity DOES have a great infrastructure to support anybody who wants to umpire.
