Batting to save the match and Haddin tries to slog Ali over cow corner first ball he faces off him, only to hit it to short mid wicket.
Lucky he's got some credits, because that was horrible, he's had a shocking match!
Nevill will be a chance to debut this series after Haddin's performance in this match.
That slog to cow corner has been Haddins best and only shot for a decade.
Watto is stiff as we dont get enough reviews for him to use. When was the last time in 100 innings that he has saved a match .
Johnston back to the scene of his worst pie throwing days.
clarke missus having a baby,so he gets a pass.
Warner still battles with playing a long innings unless hes in the mood.
So the moral to the story after the collapse would be to drop Voges.

Bloody Haddin dropped root too!!!
Hope that drop doesn't turn out costly, he's looking good!
Although I said the same thing about Cook just before he got out, so hopefully that means Root will go out in the first few overs after lunch.
Pitch is a road so 7 wickets on Day 1 is quite good, but how many times in his career have we said that a Haddin drop has defined the day? If he'd held that (easy) catch, there's a fair chance they'd have been bowled out on Day 1.
Hazlewood was great. Starc got better but opened terribly. Johnson was no good.
Somebody on this thread once said "its the ones they dont take that end up costing the most"
Always have said his misses{easy}are the killer for picking a keeper and not a batsmen/keeper

Gee quiet on here tonight! Just got back from a get together with some old footy club mates at the Great Northern in Carlton. Great night but gee we are not the men we once were. Several guys called it quits by 10 claiming they were a bit tired! Would not have happened in our halcyon days. Half the table were Hawks fans, one involved with the Dawks was adamant they had Dangerfield lined up, been working on him for two years. At which point I said if you bastards get Dangermouse, that is it I am giving up AFL to follow the local footy.
Think danger is heading our way actually.
What was your local club?
And did you notice limps get worse with old age.

The weirdest thing about the new Jurassic World movie is that it is getting very good reviews with most saying it is finally a sequel worthy of the original first Jurassic Park film. Not sure I'm going to bother though. The next film I'm looking forward to taking a trip to the cinema to see is Ant Man.
I think you will find that there is a customer base of people who have forgotten the old movie and this panders to a new consumer base.
Absolutely horrendous movie.Along with tomorrowland.

Surprised nobody's commented on the current test where Steve Smith compiled 199 of the Aussie total of 399.
Starc came on to bowl in the second over of the Windies innings and missed his hat trick but still got his wicket with the fourth ball of the over - Chandrika caught behind for a duck. They are currently 6/119 with Lyon 3fer.
Watto to get 5 tests in england, back to his blazing best.
The outside off stump good length ball has him in all sorts of trouble against an U19 west indies attack.
Also dropping sitters at first slip will no doubt push him into the ashes series with form and favour.
If he could just get his reviews back on track.

Thanks all for your good wishes. I know where to take him if he ever wants to see an alpaca or visit a home for derelicts
As for the name, it hasn't been announced but it's entirely up to the parents.
If someone kicks the winning goal tomorrow against Port Adelaide, I will strongly recommend their name for consideration. I rather fancy something like "Heritier".
Bert or Keef are usually the most popular names these days.

I was in that exact location two weeks ago jazza.
Lovely piece of the Sth California coast line.
Just for once the crap has happened were the rich live.
So,your saying it will get cleaned up straight away.
But if it was footscray it would be left for years.
My friend tells me its ocean road worthy in its own way on the californian coast.Apart from the thongs ,surfies and tourists stopped in the middle of the road looking at kaolas.
BTW,havent read much from you lately, good to catch up again.

In Vegas before driving back to LA for 2 days. Yesterday was a doozie. Flew in after an early flight and got a hire car at LA Airport and then a 5 hour drive to Vegas. Struggled to keep the eyes open.
Love Demonland as it keeps me up to date with the MFC.
Hope you guys see some Deemon wins before I return, otherwise we will be on the bottom with the blue crap.
Pictures required if you get married in that chapel whilst there.
And dont go to the casino and bet on black.
Anyone for cricket?
in Other Sports
After 100 innings he gets dropped.
Wonder what was in selectors heads pre first test.
