What wrong with playing Dogga as a forward and Daws in the ruck with Gawn.

Brisbane might pinch our top spot today.

It's the pressure that's missing. Sure we miss May and Petty on one leg is not helping but it's up the ground. We would normally have 15/20 more inside 50s and the ball would come to ground and stay there. Now it's straight back out and that puts extra pressure on the back line. Number of times the Swans marked unopposed was concerning as was the number of times we choose the wrong option going forward.

Played very well yesterday as did Weid and Rivers.

Watched the VFL today and only Rivers Baker and Weid played well enough to get a call up.

What I'm most disappointed about is that we have had a lot of injuries this year. This has given a lot of players the chance to get a game and not one has grabbed it so far.

There was a moment in the last where Harmes was 50 mt clear running into 50 and we kicked to a one on one in the pocket. Just choose the wrong option over and over all night.

Cairns revisited, last time we lost two in a row and the same teams.

Umpiring was horrid but they can only blame themselves.

So with Majak Daw out ill today was there a bug though the team yesterday. would explain why so many players seemed out of sorts.

Far as loses go this was a good loss. They will get a lot more out of this than if they had kicked straight in the last and gone own by 10 points. Tis would have hurt them and that hurt will make them grow.

I think we are playing the same as last year. Forward line struggled until late in the season.
