  1. Sitting at the airport waiting lounge, long day ahead….
  2. Couldn’t get that, flying to Melbourne to watch a game of footy. They (league supporters or the majority of them) don’t understand the passion involved in AFL. Our clubs been down for so long I want to be there when we’re dominating the big games.
  3. Can’t wait, my wife and I are flying in from Sydney. My mate and his partner who are Pies supporters are flying in from Perth. I was at a bbq last Saturday explaining this to league supporters and they just couldn’t get…. AFL is the greatest game in the world, and we’ll be watching the oldest football club in the world play at the greatest sporting stadium. Hopefully back in another couple of weeks to see them hold the cup aloft. Lesgue tickets are so accessible come finals, says a lot really.
  4. And the selection of BBB, this really could have waited to the following week.
  5. Rd’s 21-23 the Pies conceded over 100 points, the only other 2 teams to concede over 100 points three weeks in a row were North and the Eagles. Rd’s 22-24 we conceded 60, 60, 56.
  6. I didn’t mate, the kids were all out with friends and I’ve caught a bug, so I was out cold early.
  7. Last night with no game on I came to the realisation I’m married with three kids.
  8. I want our team to physically hurt them early, set the tone for the night.
  9. Deny them the footy, they love the turnover and run in numbers of the back of them.
  10. I actually thought it was to do with maximising crowds travelling from Sydney for Friday night / Saturday afternoon.
  11. Couldn’t agree more Jaded, I currently live in Sydney but am originally from Melbourne. This year is my 19th as a Redleg and my wife’s 2nd. We love sitting level 2 behind the goals (seen some great marks taken over the years) and when the ball goes up the other end we have TV’s to see the play. If we bring guests from opposing clubs we can sit level 2A. Last week we got two free tickets from the club to attend the Swans game all be it they weren’t the greatest seats IMO, but still grateful. Access to the function rooms plus quicker turn around when using the bathroom. I normally sit Level 2, N3 -N4 which is for Redlegs with non reserved seats. Yesterday I got seats in N2. If it’s an affordable option it’s definitely worth it.
  12. Now that’s over…. Had a mini heart attack, after going to purchase my tickets it took me to the select seats screen again, I re entered my barcodes 3 times but it wouldn’t accept them, then I thought it won’t because they’ve already been used. So then I hit the arrow to go back which was a risk but after going back 2 times there were my tickets, level 2, section N2 behind the goals. Pretty much where I sit during the H&A season. Feeling blessed right now.
  13. Wife’s booking them now mate thanks, she works from home.
  14. Bombay Air is lock and loaded. Fully [censored] pumped.
  15. Evening @WalkingCivilWar, was it just me or did the Swans have their supporters behind both goal’s yesterday? Does this happen at other grounds? Thanks
  16. Going off what Ben posted on page 3, I think we’re a chance, time will tell.
  17. I’m taking next Thursday and Friday off, flying down for the game.
  18. Thanks, you’ve answered my question. I’d like to think if for example you’ve sat level 2 all year that that’s where your tickets will be allocated from. Here’s hoping….
  19. I think it was 2020 Steven May had 10 goals kicked on him all year yet was overlooked for Harris Andrews.
  20. We were playing the Swans week 1, they we’re trying to maximise numbers.
