So what do all you want to do, which bit don't you get, posters on here telling supporters not to pay memberships as protest, yet you want to put the Club in massive debt to try and attract a quality coach, you will notice that other Clubs went for rookie coaches as well.......reason they can't afford the so called talent out there......again get over it...........I don't know whether the problem is Neeld, I have no idea what the problem is.....but he is the coach.......and if we believe Don McLardy this time, he will be the coach for the rest of the season, why tear yourself to bits with posts like this....what does it achieve or has Rangey got eveybody with the bit between their teeth and the people's revolution......by the way just another point....part of the development is not on the field, we entered this season with nearly a full list of fit players, so that bit is working........as I said if you know the answer ring the Club

You are entitled to disagree, I am rather disappointed that somebody with a sociology degree would regard open debate with differing viewpoints as a useless period of back and forth, but then again perhaps that confirms my belief on modern society, why do you need to convince me you are right, using my sixty years of amateur psychology...you don't need my acceptance do you?

It is a word that has been adopted to suit certain sets of circumstances, has become overused and overvalued particularly in the work environment......nowadays we seem to need words to hang a lot of things on.......like role model...........the Sydney Swans are always put up as the prime example......(notice it is already been put here)..............for me the Swans were a team, that didn't contain too many gifted footy players, but grafters who each knew that if they put in 100% then the team would be successful, they encouraged this mindset amongst each other and the coach did the same thing and ultimately it proved successful so we had to give it a name we named that Culture...early on it was called doing your bit...or the norm....or pulling your weight......it has been handed down to successive Swans teams because it is successful....it took the next team a while to get it right but they did....so this "Culture" will be always be put up as the shining example.........it is not culture, it is doing your best 100% of the time.....should be the normal but these days it is the exception, that's why we give it a name

We couldn;t afford Malthouse or Roos...........get over it.....who ran to the exit......wow how very dramatic.......some were delisted...some left on free agency....hang on that happened with the other 17 teams didn't it.....no of course it didn't....I don't know whether Neeld is the problem, I have watched training many times, players don't seem to have a problem with him........er Tom McDonald developed really well last season, Nathan Jones took a step up as well, so did Jerermy Howe....oh sorry that ruins you argument, forget that.............none of us have any idea what the problem is at the moment....get back on topic this is about Jack Watts
-
There were approximately 26000 members re signed, agreed not all of them may have liked Cam Schwab or what he meant just before the season started, we added another 3000 after the first game, so still ok.......second big loss.......Media frenzy......we still added another 1000.......so a few hundred on MFC website who are the same who post on BigFooty/Here/Twitter/Newspaper seems a bit disproportinate don't you think......it is the supporters with a media voice that matter they spooked the sponsors...
-
Delusional, so it is you Rangey, you had prepared WYL just for this moment, why do you call posters who don't agree with you delusional, I said I think you look over your shoulder at the past too much, how can we move forward if we have supporters who keep wanting to drag us back.......I said the present system will work, (try reading what I wrote), if it manages to survive to work.......which means that the Club/Media/Supporters like you might not be patient enough to see whether it works...an opnion.....as for Culture, don't get me started on that bloody overused word

The Police have issued the following report Jack Watts - age 22, easily recognisable by a beard (which supporters absolutely hate, but they think it looks cool on Mumford and Sons, and yet they are both supposedly in the entertainment business) Been under incredible media scrutiny since the age of 17, yet despite being reportedly soft, has not taken the Nathan Ablett route and walked away. At the moment has finally grown into a man, rather than the slender frame that was thrown illadvisedly to the wolves too early At the moment he is playing in a team that as a whole is lacking in confidence, and even though he was reportely ill last Saturday went on to the field to do battle, perhaps this was an error, but if he had pulled out at such a critical time for the Club what would the response have been Has skills that some players could only dream of, but when he stands to the side of a contest and the ball comes his way and he distributes with a beautiful kick, the supporters will only criticise him not going to get it in the first place May or may not evenually become the player we all want him to be, but to do that he needs support, as with the rest of the team As far as the Police know, he hasn't killed anybody
-
Now you are being silly, haven't you watched television lately, most of the programs these days have set victims, we are like a sporting Biggest Loser, with Caroline Wilson playing that rather plastic female instructor..........I have supporters of other teams who watched the whole game last Saturday, they made sure they told me......
-
I can see Schwab's plan and it may work We have an inexperienced Football Manager Inexperienced Coach Inexperienced Captains Inexperienced players But they could all grow together with a set plan, with Neil Craig and a couple of imported senior players keeping everybody on the correct path, and have sustained success At the moment the confidence is shot, but like Schwab I am confident it will work, it is whether it survives long enough to work WYL you are worse than Old Dee sometimes, stop looking over your shoulder, it has gone, listen to everybody, we need new fresh air

Most of them were not at the Club four-five years ago, so what you are saying is the players arrive and as part of their induction they are handed mental baggage......staggering.......the problem we have is inexperience and confidence

Agreed, it is the point i have made previously about rule changes, the anti congestion rules are not for us but for an international tv audience, want to make the game more palatable.......new tv ad for afl says a lot.......VLAD +TV DOLLARS=WHAT FOOTY WILL BECOME
-
Hence my reference to Range Rover, if you don't want heads to roll, why say it?.......headline "Supporter forum still thinks more heads should roll".....why give the Fourth Estate vultures any ammunition......as we all know they will be trawling boards such as this today and Twitter, so they can "write" their piece for the back page tomorrow.....hello to any of them reading this, any chance you will put your hand up, or would constitute a move similar to the Gillard government, make sure you quote me, not an 'unnamed source' close to the club
-
very similar to "rational poster on Demonland" it is how you interpret it
-
Is this your latest Range Roverish effort, does that mean you want heads to roll and who and replaced by who
-
AAAHHHHH....no he doesn't, every decision Demetriou makes has a commercial reason behind it if you mean he wants to keep the competition commercially viable then yes, but the rest....no no and no........

Can I ask one question, can you stand up in front of a hostile crowd and answer loaded questions, if you can and have stick the video on here so we can all watch your expertise and we'll get everybody on the staff at MFC to watch it as well. Part of the reason Cameron Schwab was such a good CEO was he new how to handle an audience and was very media savvy, Don McLardy is trying to learn as he goies along and it's all been so easy up to now........ Will await the video with interest
-
I thought we have had this covered on the Cameron Schwab resigns topic.... .it is quite simple, things occurred, things supposedly occurred, things were reported as occurring, rumours had things occurring etc etc etc.......50% of the supporter base believed the Media hype and were convinced they occurred, 50% either didn't believe it or didn't care........a few of the more influential supporters, and those with a public voice made a lot of noise........sponsors got nervous....the Board felt the nerves......and Cameron fell on his sword Trial by Media triumphs again..........I am not a fan of the Labour Party but I begin to see we need some sort of control, the defamation and slander laws are not enough now Vlad is now making the right noises to soothe sponsors and the supporters with a public voice, he doesn't want the spotlight turned on AFL House
-
So he has gone and we can belittle, agree with the first part except it was media driven and the sheep went along and perpetuated, but "just an administrator", obviously you have never seen him in action, or listened to him talk about footy or MFC, try listing pre Cameron condition of the club except on the field and post Cameron except on the field, I did and look what he has achieved
