  1. He was kicking on the run at Friday training, and looked like Daniel Rich compared to Spencers efforts. He really is a very good kick, and has excellent skills for a giraffe. On the subject of giraffes, i swear Fitzpatrick is only 150cm tall to the base of his neck. Damn its a long neck....
  2. Lots of pics from training posted in the training thread on Ology...
  3. I agree. I dont care reading similar things each session, as long as they are really happening.
  4. I posted a heap of pics on Ology if anyone is interested. Thanks to Ding for making some of them readable, after my inept camera settings.....
  5. he said, "I didnt go, is this what happened?" He was clearly taking the pizz, cant you see that?
  6. Ding and I were there today. He is cropping some pics before we post them on 'Ology Gawn doing run throughs at a fair pace in the rehab group, that also contained Trenners, Tapscott. Dawes stayed behind with them after the others left to head back to Bubbledome, to put their running shoes on. We both fell in man-love with Player number 1, wow does he have great size for a 17 year old, and he moves so well. I was surprised by his pace off the mark, and agility Viney looks like he has been there for years, and was constantly throwing himself under a pack. Smart money for rising star. Ding made the comment that Dawes looks like an "outsider", but I didnt notice that. Toumpas doesnt like the sun, and trained in a MFC cap. Was being tagged by Dunn in the match simulation. The first match sim was just ball movement, spread, and kicking to the spread. No defensive pressure as such. It then progressed to physical pressure, although I would expect to see them go harder come rd1. The talk/encouragement was fantastic, and at a level that I have never seen at a training session before. A few of the boys called for Blease, when he headed to the tent after warmup, instead of participating in the rest of training. He was pointing to his lower right leg, and received a number of rubdowns in the tent, but didnt seem too worried about it. We spent more time looking through the lense, than at the play, and cant tell you much, but if you have a question, shoot. faulty
  7. hmm. I dont think too many here have forgotten how she carried on. Will be interesting to see what she writes if we have no case to answer. Im hoping she will do the noble thing, and discover self immolation, like that monk did.
  8. A clue? One of my early bosses used to call me "kerp head" He had a high opinion of me.
  9. Wow, if that bulge is his kerp, its bigger than i thought. Maybe he can make movies if he fails at footy?
  10. None of the above, although i cant be absolutely sure what most of them mean.
  11. Thats not quite right 'S I was warned, with great carry on, when i stated to another ex ology poster that we would not last long on here, with the way it is moderated Over the top, and hysterical, I thought. I quite like it here, as the footy talk eats ology alive, as there are only a handful of really good posters who regularly contribute over there. The training reports by Nick however, are great, and well worth a read. Pay a visit to the general board once it is in full swing again, to remind yourself why you like it more here.
  12. More likely the heavy handed mods here drive people away. Ology has been around for years, and some are more comfortable expressing their opinion without the risk of a ban. I like visiting here, but more often than not i choose not to post as 1particular mod can carry on like he thinks he is the supreme being. Also, ology has had enough of its mini wars, involving the same 2 or 3 people. Why come here and repeat the process? Im hoping that the new blood, including the Land boys, will refresh the place, and bring it back to footy, instead of boring yachting and music threads..
  13. Ive seen WYL while surrounded by Filipina Beach girls, and he was a gentleman. .......I cant be like that. I hope my kinfolk on 'Ology are wrong, but Im not happy to read what they are saying.
  14. Shepparton United Football Club 11 flags, including a clean sweep of all 3 grades in 1980
  15. I reckon Sydney supporters may take issue with that. Has anyone had a look at Shae McNamaras website? It shows fantastic athletic abilities, and the kicking abilty of your 6 year old sister.
  16. Main thing I got from that is that she needs to charge her phone. Good wireless reception but.
  17. You really have no idea Rob....... I rated Grgic. I thought after watching first hand, his big game against Colinwood, that we had a star on our hands. *blush*
  18. I have nothing. I just really loved the thread title. *like* (actually, i called Troy Davis an All Aust C.H.B after seeing 1 training session) I think that qualifies.
  19. Thats bs mate. Your family only has 6 months to give you a reason good enough not to go. You are gunna miss seeing the first person ever to be charged with Grievous bodily harm on a football field. Oh well, you can read about it the next day, if your family is ok with you reading a newspaper.
  20. Great, we find the toughest nugget in years, who loves smashing the base of packs, and now he can be penalised for it. Not a fan of the below the knee rule at all.
