I would like people to submit some kind of margin bet as their Best Bet. (preferably 2) if possible, however just a win is also acceptable just not 1.20. I like to multi these up, but you can do with them as you please. A sporting bet could also include a race horse for a win or place, if you so desire. Aretha Franklin has passed, just heard. Very sad.

I would just like to point out that ladbrokes are offering $2.00 on Winx to run first or 2nd. The max bet is only 20 unfortunately, but still. Im on that for sure....they must be making too much money.

Winks is resuming in a race named after itself Winx Stakes which they changed from the Grp 2 Warwick Stakes. Just wondering, has that ever happened before? Did Makbe Diva do that?? Edit Winx is 1.10 Ace High 100/1......probably about right!

Ace High trialed with Winks during the week, ran third, he is racing against Winks next week. The trainer said he will keep it in Sydney for a while because it’s a handful on the road. It’s being set for the Caulfield/Melbourne Cup Double.

I totally agree Macca. Voodoo is good, dont worry about that........................But, when champions race, they nearly always have to beat other champions in order to become legends. To me a lot of it is backing your gut feel. Youve seen em race before, you know what they can do. Are they gonna do it today? We know, we will win if they do. To me ....thats the mystery of the punt and ....................thats why i watch. (after all we are Melbourne supporters, and.. we can handle it).
