  1. Yes it was, I added a further word play, intersection of Swan St & Church - prayer reference, took a Punt that people would get it.
  2. You're still bound to hear idiotic comments, but can take solace that those making them are not being paid for doing so.
  3. I'm with you on not playing 3 talls in the forward line. However, I see Jackson as a very tall midfielder who can ruck AND go forward if needs be - so he can be in the same side, but not necessarily as part of 3 talls in the forward line all at the same time. I would like to see more pace/ground-ball pressure, the likes of Bedford/Chandler vying with ANB/Melksham for a spot. Spargo Weideman Bedford/Chandler Pickett B.Brown Fritsch
  4. What makes you think that?
  5. You'd have to start doing that from the intersection at Church St onwards...otherwise you wouldn't have a prayer.

  7. Christian had a simple choice. A Melbourne contract, or a Collingwood c o n t r a c t
  8. Maybe a new sponsored podcast? Channel the voice of 'Uncle Doug' (for those of you whom can remember)... Brought to you by Haymes Paint. Yes ladies and gentlemen Haymes Paint - paint the town red and blue.
  9. @Bimbo! I read that...get back to work!

    I think you're right...only time will tell.
  11. Don't go confusing a schemozzle for a 'master plan'.
  12. It may have been his peripheral vision...or maybe it was just his understanding of JOHNSTONE...(Travis?).
  13. Looks like that umpire was focusing on where the ball was landing; still, pretty poor peripheral vision. I'm surprised that the umpire who was in the midfield didn't see it though? And the MRP not reviewing this? WTF?

Chin up Jaded, it's a good test; got to be able to combat champions if we're going to be premiers.
  15. Another solid performance (vs North) 20 disposals @ 90% disposal efficiency, 7 tackles, 7 score involvements, 4 clearances
  16. Damn right, ignore what Riewoldt says; promoting a FU mentality is no bad thing.
  17. 6 Jackson 5 Fritsch 4 Salem 3 Pickett 2 Langon 1 Jordon

Yes, I thought I heard it too @Dee Zephyr

    Yodine?
  20. Edit; changed my mind - response was a bit too racy.
  21. I think we can play 3 talls if one Jackson is one of them because he can be a forward target, a ruckman, mid. A coaches dream because he can be whatever we want him to be, and he could probably hop on one leg and bark like a dog whilst doing it.
  22. Hmmm, throws up an interesting 'revenge served cold' scenario; trade-in and then de-list.
  23. The forecast has changed...for the better!
  24. Probably did. @Adiós; insightful AND discrete.
  25. Weather is also a factor. Hobart's Sunday forecast is for a high of 20, low of 12, isolated thunderstorms, breaks of sun late. MFCSS kicks in...could B. Brown become a lightening rod?
