They have, but so have we really, only been belted once I feel as though Dawes up front might prove to be the difference, the crows mids are better than the dogs and we restricted them -

I think we are going to make it really tough for the doggies to kick a winning score, the game will be decided on if they can restrict us at the other end. -
read the worms sliding doors article on the doggies, the bloke thinks he has a coach, it's hilarious how little idea he has, thinks they didn't attack enough... also expressed his opinion on the MRP in our section without mentioning anything about the game.

absolutely he is, if Treloar wants to come home he'd be my number 1 target if we chip i wonder if our first pick and compo pick would net us Treloar and Shiel? -

I have been told Freo will only offer him 500k they want cap space presumably for Hogan, and he thinks he could get more so he is open to offers, i don't know if that means he is gettable but i think there is a sneaky chance. -

he was open to coming to us last year, 500k a year to come home and we will have the draft picks to get the deal done -

That's the thing, development from within will make a difference, the natural progression of Salem, Toumpas, Trengove, Michie, Bail, Kent should mean they are all able to compete in the midfield at AFL level combine them with Jones, Tyson, Viney, Cross, Vince, Watts, JKH and we have a quality deep midfield, i'd love us to add Sewell and O'rourke to that group, both will be in the mix right away, O'rourke is a former pick 2 although that was probably overs for him, and Sewell will add alot right away, -
Massive opportunity here

exactly right, the older long term assistants seem to be the flavour of the month with Hinkley and Richardson

you'd hate to be the bloke on the interchange trying to stop him running out on the ground, like putting a piece of salmon infront of a grizzley bear and telling him to sit down and wear the red vest. -
if he keeps this form up the Wines vs Viney comparision will really become interesting

I have a very good feeling about this game! i reckon we have new found confidence and an ability to strangle sides and the dogs style of play will play right into our hands ( long kicking forward and no really good targets ) Dees by 27 Dawes to be the difference, we saw that a big target can be the difference in these games against the Saints and Blues -

couple of servicable players i'd look at adding to the side- Nathan Vardy - good young out of contract mobile FWD/RUCK Kristen Jacksh - 196cm 94kg swingman and only 19 wants to come home to vic as feels he is a surplus to needs at GWS Jono O'rourke - very talented young mid, we have seen with Tyson these players find it alot easier if they aren't competing with all others their own age. Jeff Garlett - I think Roos would give him a role and get the best out of him Brad Sewell - offer him a two year deal as a playing assistant coach, this bloke is seriously smart, still has alot to offer on and off field, comes from success and a good culture and will not get a game at Hawthorn. John Butcher - was considered possibly a top 4 pick in his draft, ended up going 7 i believe, alot of talent but it hasn't quite come together, perfect project for Roosy to bring him home. -
The funniest thing is if it was a norf player he would have been up in arms, as someone said earlier the Roos look the team most likely to move or merge and he will knock the mfc as much as he can because we got bailed out and he knows North won't.
-
Very confident Roos will do the three years and then sign on for another couple after that, you can tell with each week he is getting a taste for it and wants to see this out.
-
Ken Hinkley is doing okay at the minute, just turned a bottom 4 side into a top 4 side in a year and abit.
-
Around when Roosy signed up the reasoning been he had been around the place and could give some insight
-
Roos said rawlings would fill that role while the search was on, but it has to be a serious head start
-
I reckon chip will play
-
Very confident of a win tomorrow night, predicting 5 goals from watts and Nathan Jones to bounce back hard from a quiet game last week
-
They essentially 're compensated us with the financial bail out package anyways
-
Hahaha Damien barrett will sook this right up
-
To the pub!
