I'm betting we have picks 1,2 and 3 1 as a pp 2 as our normal pick and 3 as compo for chip i reckon we need to ask the club if it's possible to delist 20 players this year, 10 players next and get draft concessions because this list will not take us anywhere besides 7-10 decent players that we have

Toumpas was hardly a laughable pick, he was clearly the more highly rated of all the players available, looking back Wines may have been a better selection based on what we need but Toumpas was rated much higher than Wines pre draft so i am certain we didn't surprise anyone with what we did there, Cook, Gysberts and Strauss are a totally different story, it's failures there that have cost us dearly, those blokes should all be in our top 10 players now

That's fair, and i agree, but we don't know if Wright will go pick 1 either so i suppose for me, Wright would be my draft target with whatever pick we do have

for me the comparison is Kurt Tippett, he's a monster, 202 cm and over 100kg already, takes a good pack mark, his kicking at goal is pretty good, leads hard He's another Boyd, Hogan, Patton type player, probably doesn't have the tank of Hogan but Hogan at CHF and Wright at FF sounds great to me,

I agree, Peter Wright is the hand down pick 1 for me at this point, every bit as exciting as Boyd last year.

Sorry for the missing Poll options, I felt we kinda knew what Vince and Cross would provide so they're hardly a find, and Riley is going to be out for a while yet so not sure he will get the chance to play too much senior footy.

I reckon it's Jay Kennedy-Harris, He has speed, Skills, leadership qualities, he brings a spark and looks like he has a huge amount of upside I liken him to Allen Christenson, or Mathew Stokes

I don't think there is one this year, Bryce Gibbs is probably not the right type of player, i reckon we collect the compo pick which will probably be pick 4 or 5 and offer both our top picks up for trade, another couple of deals like the Tyson to GWS one will have us looking better and with the Key position targets at the top end the high picks will be more appealing to sides

Hugh Goddard and if Chip leaves Sam Durdin with the compo

Yeah that will be interesting, if that's the case it becomes vital that we replace Chip with a quality free agent if he chooses to leave

Sam Durdin might slip a couple of spots due to an injury he has at the moment, i reckon we will finish 14th and get pick 4 so if chip leaves and we get pick 5 as compo he might be a good option as a replacement with Angus Brayshaw at 4 and Billy stretch at 22

I agree, it's hard because the four rookies we i have a i reckon have decent upside, i reckon there would have been debate between him and Neville Jetta as to who got re-rookied.

I didn't use the word weapons.. and he played some promising games at casey, i remember him kicking 5 goals from half forward towards the end of the season and alot of posters hoping he'd get a run in the 1's, can completely understand why he was delisted if you're on the list of a team that wins 2 games and don't get a run there is normally a reason for it, but i felt he might have shown enough to be looked at for one more year, even as a rookie

Thought he had some attributes that were good, a year under George stone and Roosy we could know more about him

Taggert looked okay at times to me, i understand why we delisted him but i thought he was probably worth one more year, or re-drafting as a rookie

we were certainly interviewing them, that would be insane without a pretty significant level of confidence in getting their man.

I would pay a fully fit lecras 600k a year, i wouldn't pay betts that based on anything i have ever seen, betts is flashy and a good small forward, Lecras can do all betts can do, but can also play at an elite level in the midfield, he is exactly what we need right now, only issue being there is no way in the world he would a: want to come and play for mfc in it's current state b: just re-signed with wce long term.

give the 600 k to mitch robinson and kane lucas and you might be onto something.

get dayle garlett in the draft and use the 600 k on a mid
