exactly, i think we've moved past this in our development as a side as well, i think now our recruitment will be based far more on needs rather than re-building the list so we won't be taking to many chances on areas we have reasonable stocks in. having said that i think Green is okay and someone like Richmond might give him a spot

A year is a long time in footy mate, Maxy has gone from ranked in the 200's in the AFL player ranking to about 12 in one season. Not seem heaps of Cameron myself but heard some very good things so if it's pick 70 odd in the draft it would seem a good choice.

Not sure if he's a good fit for us, but i think he'll find a home, that small pressure forward is getting to be one of the more important positions on the ground, not sure of Greens quality in this area but he certainly has the tools to play that role

I reckon he's a good fit for the Crows, and i suspect that's where he'll go. he wouldn't pass up a trade to the Suns if something wasn't lined up.

It was certainly another really solid off season for us, starting to see a lot of what happened at the Doggies happening at the Dees.

Always seems to be one young guy who has a ripping pre season and gets himself into the best 22, i reckon this year it's going to be Smith, i really think he has something

i reckon you're overrating Marchbank a bit, he's pretty good but given where he went in the draft, disappointing Ahern and Picket it's hard to get a read due to injuries but leaving the club for little return given both were top 7 selections is disappointing Steele i reckon has held ground in terms of his worth so that's probably just a pass mark Mckenna was speculative so that's fine but i reckon if you went over a list of the amount of first round selections the Giants have had and how many have turned out to be below expectations for a player at that pick, i think it paints a pretty ugly picture. ironically they're the only club in the country that wouldn't view 5 top 20 selections walking away without great return as not being a disaster. .
