  1. Good to see VB pumped after that kick trying to lift the others. Shame so many are deflated and pea hearted.
  2. Good to see Rivers having a crack. That's one take home for me at least.
  3. Goodwin's idea of coaching is encouragement and speaking in riddles (we need to be brave). No an ounce of tactical ability.
  4. Lovely kick Fritsch, lovely mark Weideman
  5. These umpires are paid off. How's that not front on contact? Right in front of him.
  6. I believe that jacket belongs to Mr Gilmore.
  7. That's right, get Brayshaw off the ground to tell him he's done a good job. FML
  8. Weideman has a shiner, you know what that means. He'll have a good game.
  9. Tom McDonald going for a chest mark there WTF
  10. Got to love when Daisy disagrees with Goodwin's HT evaluation.
  11. Hannan lost us the game with that kick. Just stupidity by Fritsch.
  12. Out Lockhart and Brayshaw, In Rivers and Jones. With that said I won't be disappointed if there's no change.
  13. Weideman always plays best when he has a shiner.
  14. The problem with Fritsch is we don't have two of him. He had one average game. At least he cracks in. He'd be sensational if we had two competent talls in the forward line.
  15. Hore very unlucky not to get named. I find it a bit bewildering to name Spargo, Lockhart, Beford and Pickett all in the same side. Wish Hore replaced Spargo or Lockhart on this one.
  16. Several times last year I vented my frustrations of Oscar McDonald. He's now had one more pre-season to hone his skills. Today he'll come up against Kennedy and Darling, last time they met I remember they kicked ~6 goals as a direct result of poor performances from Oscar (out-muscled, out-marked, and out-ran). Today is a fresh start for him, but at least, today will mark my expectations of him for the rest of the season. If he gets pants yet again I will eagerly look forward to the returns of Smith and Petty from injury.
  17. Yes I agree they do. At present he's favouring towards them but that shouldn't stop us working to get him to select us over the next couple of years. On field success should certainly help. From reports his father is more of a Melbourne man as well. Even if he doesn't I hope we can work it so if we do indeed bid on him he's not disappointed to come over, e.g. his initial decision was a tough one to make. I just hope the club plays the political game and at least works to get in his ear early. If he's that good of a talent we'd be foolish not to.
  18. What about Kozzi Pickett and Kobe Farmer in the forward line together....?
  19. Disagree. There's nothing stopping us to put a bid in on the night if he's worthy. We could have done it for Green (GWS) at pick 3 this year. I understand he's aligned with Freo via their academy as well as father/son, I am curious if our father/son still carries any weight with relation to the rules. Regardless, any club can bid on him come draft night.
  20. Does anyone know if Kobe made the WA U18 team as a bottom aged player this year? Or even if teams have been named yet? I'm certainly eager to see how he goes and can't help but wonder if the club still has him on their radar to come in a scoop him from the Dockers.
  21. Looks like he's carrying a few extra kegs
