  1. It will be a bloodbath in the ruck like last week. The advantage we will have there is massive. Im sure the Cats have spent all week studying tapes of Max and trying to work out ways to shark his taps or at least curtail his dominance a bit. If they dont come up with something that works, we will roll them comfortably.
  2. Ok the Hibberd injury was annoying but I am back too being pumped about this game. Salem and/or Fritsch will more than cover Hibberds role. Lets smash these pricks, god i hate them!
  3. Good changes. Glad we overlooked Wagner.
  4. Would be awesome if he chose us, obviously. I thought he was 15 though, if we are talking about Kobe farmer. If so not sure why Robbo said 6 years.
  5. 12, no way. I see no plausible way that 12 will be enough .... even taking into account upsets. 13 and a great % will do it. Or in the case of GWS, 12 and a half wins maybe might get then 8th spot .
  6. Oh great. Nothing is surer than the Cats getting an armchair ride form the umps Saturday night, and nothing will be done about it just like West Coast being looked after every week.
  7. Nobody is trading anything for Bugg.
  8. Except for the team we play this Saturday, unfortunately.
  9. How can they not know Fred Fannings goal record..
  10. Move Salem or Fritsch into Hibberds role. Please no Wagner.
  11. Viney, Hibberd and Stretch all injured since the Darwin game. Once again this ridiculous fixture will sap the energy of the team. Expect more injuries over the coming weeks.
  12. Maybe we can bring Tyson in for Hibberd and play Salem in Hibberds role.
  13. In - J.Smith Out - Hibberd (Misson'ed)
  14. Right on cue we lose Hibberd to a quad injury at training.
  15. No Viney, Lever, Hibberd.... Cant even bring in Hunt to cover Hibberd as hes injured too.
  16. If its a quad strain hes not playing this week, and maybe not vs Adelaide. If its bad strain/tear , Jack VIney will have some company in the sidelines. Hopefully hes fine, our backline will be toast with both him and Lever not there.
  17. Coming 4th in the Demonland Player of the Year, so hes highly rated by the fans but I get your point... he is a superstar in the making.
  18. Looking forward to when hes built his tank enough to move into his natural midfield position. Hes already shown he can be a dangerous crumber when resting inside 50. Very smart player.
  19. Viney, Lever, Treloar, Dunn, Sicily, Naitanui, Crouch, Stringer, Patton, Cameron, Waite, Jonas, McVeigh, Hannebery..... The only team of the teams fighting to make the eight that hasn't lost a key player for the run home is Geelong.
  20. Aww poor Brent is still mad we eliminated him and his minnow club from the 2000 and 2002 finals series. Cheer up little fella and enjoy the career of Jesse '1 club player' Hogan.
  21. James Harmes went on to MacRae after halftime last week and shut him down. Theres your tagger. We cant afford to carry Bugg, we are trying to make finals. His skills are brutal.
  22. In his very short career he has shown he can play all over the ground. But with Lever out, he should continue to be used more often than not across half back - he has looked so at home there and his reading of the play and marking ability are elite. A godsend.
  23. I can just see it now - we miss the finals with the highest % to ever miss... and Essendon take our spot. If you thought Round 23 was bad last season, you aint seen nothin yet!
  24. I remember when Demon supporters used to salivate over our players getting a Rising Star nomination. (Gysberts x 2, anyone?) It was all we had to hang our hat on. Thank god those days are gone.
  25. Its all just a guessing game, but he currently has 16 votes on the AFL.com Brownlow predictor http://www.afl.com.au/brownlow-medal/predictor
