I recall a young Viney( was it after his first game? ) standing up and bollocking the playing group for their attitude and lack of commitment to the colours. He may be one of the players agreeing with Trac about internal player matters. Another Club with his old man and a genuine championship coach leading a rebuild might be appealing . Worse to lose him than Clarrie imo ( sacrilege I know)

I only employ people I like to work with I imagine some leave because they don't like others in the team or even me!!( impossible I know) We know not all players" get on" but in this case maybe Trac is peesed at how many of the list are bog ordinary and how many don't seem to work hard enough to improve ...team culture rather than individuals .
