Couple of suggestions here. Get rid of that ugly spectacle of over short passing with five minutes to go. It's a blight on the game and could be countered quite easily. It's probably the only high class sporting spectacle that should have the result go down to the wire, and it doesn't. It is not self suspenseful in my book, even particularly if it had have been closer. Play around with distance or bounce if two short passes in a row. Just bloody do something. I'm the last bloke to want Blues to win. there is no climax, ask the players?

There is a reasonably high degree of "letting the team down" in this saga that i would think would have most players there thinking....

Seeing as a lot of us see Max in the forward, to me, it could be interesting to have more variation with a switch of Max picking up the boundary throw in's a lot more, where there is room to mix it up. Our on ballers would be asked to get their own ball and choose their plans with sneakiness and brain power.
