I have a feeling that was the second clearance that Brayshaw successfully had from the centre. So we could assume that Maynard was placed by the Coach where he was to pick Brayshaw uo coming out of the middle. The rest is history. Maynard actually came off the ground after that as well, didn't he.

You know AZK that the intent was to have contact and damage after the kick got past the person trying to "smother" With that intent the intender sought out where most of the opposing body part was. That being the shoulder/head area result ......Brayshaw unconscious.

There is one thing that would really have the AFL thinking. That is withdrawal of services just before the bounce of Friday Nights Game by the players, citing that their safety cannot be guaranteed....etc etc etc

Question to Coach of Collingwood. Was Maynard stationed in the position he was by the Coll Coach, so as to stop quick releases from the centre bounces? What the hell happened to that part of that instruction that Maynard didn't get? Or what instruction was Maynard given, and will this happen again, given a propensity to being misunderstood? Come on Media grow some bulls, or is this like the other major issues that "you cannot handle the truth"

All the maggot Media want to do is try to destabilise us. They haven't stopped writing up about every other Team. They should make everyone on this site and all the players sick. The more we keep winning the more it will annoy them. I don't know Grundy, but i could not think of any reason why he would want to go there. They are very suspect with their concussion protocols. They have JUST hung on to their Coach and their Captain was seemingly not treated very well.

Port players must be ecstatic about how their team is totally inadequate before Finals have even started. So they then decided to send two kids and the Coach to meet an Elite Ruckman from another side. Sounds like amateur hour to me.
