Colin Sylvia going ... going ... GONE!
Demon Forever replied to burfy174's topic in Melbourne Demons
Well done Barrett. Its been floated all day and twitter had it announced "yep you guessed it" 8 mins before AFL.com published. Multi social media sources....u gotta love it -
The only one that I can think of is cook. All other players were being targeted by clubs with similar picks to ours.

In relation to roos and having the discussions with Watts and co, not sure if anyone noticed but the excitement Watts showed after kicking one of his 4 goals tells me he is staying and that the boys know Roos is on board also. We wouldnt have got this reaction from him if he was at his last game for MFC.

3500+ posts and you think you just come on here for 10 - 15 mins a day. You no time? Thats unfounded! You punch 5 posts out to people that are just relaying what has been published in t he paper as many have done here before and will forever do? Get a life and tell your mum to apologise to you for dropping you on your head as a child.

go easy tiger. Just giving evetyone a heads up on what was reported. I just wished I had more time to post 3000+ comments like you you [censored] jockey.

Bombers scandal: charged, <redacted> and <infracted>

The rumour circlng around at the moment is that Ricciuto was right in relation to James Hird. Furthermore I am hearing that the reason for Paul Roos not saying he will "not" coach is because Essendon have lined him up in the event Hird is forced to stand down. He is intersted in the Melbourne job but his preference is at Essendon and is awaiting the developments at Windy Hill. Ricciuto was advised of the rumour by fellow team mate whom works there at the moment. Shouldnt be too hard to guess who this is?! Watch this space...... -
Exactly my sentiments. David Schwarz says Jack Watts will be a more consistent player than Nic Naitanui

Why isn't this article coming up? http://www.heraldsun.com.au/afl/more-news/dean-bailey-and-chris-connolly-will-be-forced-to-serve-full-term-of-bans-for-their-roles-in-melbourne-tanking-saga/story-e6frf9jf-1226580702476

Thanks WJ. have been coping a barrage from everyone on there

I can't believe those who say to just cop it. Are they serious? We tanked as a club. The players didn't. We were leading in the Richmond game just before the siren went. We secured sculls and the AFL manufactured a team that was given extreme benefits to be able to take this player from us. They made the rules and precedence was set by other clubs who knew it was better to lose. There is actual evidence of players and coaches admitting they tanked. Yet we should cop it? Crazy thinking. Tonatopia - do you not realise that other clubs should also be punished? Should we alone cop it? Ridiculous We cannot be singled out individually for crimes everyone else has committed.

I have just tweeted my thoughts to her and she has retweeted it. Everyone I talk to regardless of who they follow think exactly the same. No credibility

Does this line give us any hint on how the investigation I going? "I will say this, if you are out there and you think that you can run the gauntlet of cheating in this system, whether to be with the salary cap or the use of performance enhancing drugs, gambling etc, make no mistake you will be caught." Just saying
-
Damn. When ppl throw up these line ups we look damn good. Just need them all to play alongside each oter and get used to the game style.

Danger signs all over this bloke.

Who would you select with our 1st Pick in the rookie draft?
Demon Forever replied to MadAsHell's topic in Melbourne Demons
You should know bluster, you're full of it. 11000 posts and about 3 of them meaningful, the rest are just echo's between you and Jose trying to convince each other all is fine in the MFC universe. Sorry to disappoint but I live in the real world and I stand by what I said, draft Garlett and I walk. You really should walk. You call yourself a realist? I call you a spoilt man who has probably always been given everything on a platter. Anyone who knows anything about footy knows, that premierships are not that simple to get. It takes commitment, luck, no injuries etc... I appreciate your angered over the lack of success however we are not the only ones who find us where we are now. All I can say is hang in there or **** off. We don't need ppl like you trying to preach your dissastification. We all know where we are at and we know where we need to be. I do agree with you on trusting Neeld however as that's all we can do. I am a father of two whom takes my young children to the football and you know what? Yeah I get made, yeah I don't like the kids seeing this, but at the end of the day it's the MFC and we stick by them no matter what. Through thick and thin I say but hey, that's just me!!!!! -
The end of 'bruise free' football at the MFC
Demon Forever replied to Ron Burgundy's topic in Melbourne Demons
"The thing that I'm the happiest about is that he has/helped remove players like Petterd, Rivers, Moloney, Green. I think this was 12 months too late (I know I'm likely to cop it for that comment), and have no doubts that Neeld should've made those decisions this time last year." So you wanted him to come in and delist players that even he admitted to not knowing well? Yeah, that's a great move. -
WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - JIMMY TOUMPAS
Demon Forever replied to Demanding Success's topic in Melbourne Demons
They recruited for needs (GWS). Simple. Good old case of being in the right place at the right time. Funny enough that I am happy with Toumpas and Viney but to get Kent and Terlich is massive. Redlegs gun player in this years grand final and won the BOG. Kent a bonafide Ollie Wines type at a cheap price. Coasters were all ore him as well as the dockers. fellas! We simply cleaned up
