  1. [censored] the draft, I finished off selecting a sweet young 18 yr old known as Ron Zacappa. On the rocks. Bring on 2020
  2. As much as I don't like it it makes sense, he will peak as Maxy starts to wain, can offer something in the interim. And will be injury insurance. It's a no brainer really, not withstanding his enormous ceiling. As for go home factor, it's a load of [censored]. If you don't back yourself in to convincing someone to stay your [censored] before you start. We let Jesse go, and for good reason.
  3. That will sort the Watts' out from the Wines'
  4. Was thinking of trading down from a top 5 sauce to two first round sauces and hoping to just fill the gap. Already have some beer battered chips and a salad that I'm not gonna touch, feel like this sauce is the finishing touch. Hoping for a Clayton Oliver type bolter as apposed to a Lucas Cook that's gonna finish in the 2nds. Edit: Have said before and will say again Lucas Cook has more talent than one of me post steak stools (sorry for the visual) all respect to the man
  5. Ah yes, one of those old school in an under types. Classic sauce, real "you know what your gonna get" type operator
  6. This is the hard part. Best available sauce or most X factor. I feel like this sauce could make or break my meal
  7. Ok guys, massive choice coming up in the next half hour. Sitting at a restaurant on the Gold Coast and can't decide... Amatriciana or Bearnaise sauce for my steak, I've never heard of either. Don't even start me on the wine Haha jokes, admins can delete when they find. Good luck to whom ever we draft, I hope you are scrutinized less then my choice of steak sauce
  8. Ladies and gentlemen, post if the year. Well done
  9. Not from home, that's 2 long necks
  10. That's what I am reading as well. They won't commit incase their player is gone.
  11. Pickett won't go at 10, if Geelong's player gets down to 10 we will swap picks and take Pickett and best available. If Geelong miss their guy we take best available. End thread.
  12. I've started enjoying ABC talk back radio, red wine and have a jar full of random screws. My wife certainly thinks I'm a boomer
  13. I was born in 1988
  14. Agreed, weid building a frame like Tomahawk, took him a few years to get coming, could be a similar player?
  15. And a razor. That thing on his upper lip is disgusting
  16. Your right, because drafting Watts, Scully and Trengove, which were the unanimous best selections that year, worked out fantastic. They are kids, who knows what they are, or aren't capable of.
  17. My uncle coaches the Sydney under 17 northern development squad and he said the Swans have 2 players coming through next year as good as Heeney. I've shared this before and will try and track down the names, not that it really bothers us I suppose
  18. Agreed. Wonder weather Martin, Dangerfield, Swan, Judd etc were all top 3 time trial? Going on that logic ANB has been our best player for the last 3 years
  19. That's a start all right
  20. Just cooked a Spanish tuna bake for the missus full of capsicum, onion and olives (it was fantastic) and washed it down with a bottle of Campbell's (hence the title) wines Bobbie Burns, which @ $25 locally is a steal. I have also had the privilege of enjoying a bottle each of hently farms beauty and the beast (2 seperate bottles) which was so far my favourite Shiraz. Any other recommendations? I'm only new to the wine game and would love a push in the right direction...
  21. It's so horrible it's awesome
  22. Aaron Davey only played 180ish didn't he? And he had Lockhart covered for agility, acceleration and decision making hungover. I'd say that's very bullish. Hope I'm wrong.
  23. I'm sorry, that was am attempt at humor. Sarcasm font would be handy. It was a fantastic post that I did enjoy reading and I can appreciate the amount of work you put into it, so thank you. To be perfectly honest I agree with those that see O Mac's upside. I think he played a fantastic role of a stopping defender 2 seasons ago, and he wasn't alone last season. I am 6'3" and 140kg that could only manage half a game in the forward pocket of the beer league seconds, where I barely got a touch, I don't have a right to comment on anyone's footballing ability, least of all someone who has dedicated their entire life to playing at the elite level. Oscar McDonald would fart more football talent than my entire career combined, I hope I'm lucky enough to shout him a beer one day.
