You're right Sue. I just think Col was reading the game so well and marshaling the defence and that adds a little time after the four weeks....if you get my drift.
-
I thought Garland was our best player last year even ahead of Jones. Four weeks isn't disastrous but a little worrying.
-
Ah, Enyaw. One of the greats IMO. Before his time.
-
If I remember correctly, when Roos was a t Sydney he didn't give a flying about the NAB Cup and I hope he adopts a similar approach and uses it almost exclusively to give blokes like Viv, Hunt and Salem a run.

For mine, we just haven't focused enough on Jack on Demonland. Just the one thread doesn't make sense to me. -

Yes,I may well be naive in how ASADA operates but I can't help but think that sweet flock all is going to happen to the Bummers. You could have built a pyramid in the time it's taken to investigate the saga. I'm just not buying the whole 'infraction notes are coming' business. -

The bloke who I hope changes perceptions is Salem. From the little I've seen, he plays like each game may be his last. Hopefully, this is replicated at senior level. -

Jumbo, I understand the perception but I just don't think it holds water. I do agree tin that I have no interest in their public relations skills when the footy isn't up to scratch. -

Machsy, if we get rid of those who go off topic who are the overly smug going to complain about? A case in point: I thought Watts and Pendlebury played different positions in basketball. I was wrong but, as quick as you like, you were there to label me a twit. I have no problem with that but If we follow the letter of the law re abusing others, I'd have to think you'd have a spell on the sidelines. To tell you the truth, relentlese teeth grinders such as yourself shite me to tears. It's a footy forum. Have a great day. -

At the risk of a ban, I would have thought that the very nature of a topic thread will mean that it goes off topic at times. Some of the more interesting responses are when it actually does so. Certainly, the more humorous can stray. Can we perhaps take this into consideration? If someone wants to debate whether a comma should be in a thread title then let them. Otherwise, footy can be a little boring. The best football has characters and, I would imagine, so do the best footy forums. It doesn't have to be a safe haven for the self righteous. -

Remember that Xavier, Caulfield and Geelong Grammar are all APS. Half of Sydney's tough nuts are from Xavier for starters. Add Judd from Caulfield. -

I will stick up for Brighton Grammar. For the numbers they have, they are producing an extraordinary number of footballers. Yes, Robert Shaw has played a role but they have a strong set up. -

Tappy, I agree re Commetti. Yes, he has a deep voice but people mistake that for great commentary. From what I have observed, a great deal of his time seems to be spent trying to include pre planned 'zingers' into his calls of the game. -

We have been down the bottom with Jack Watts and it would be fitting if we could reach the top with him. For mine, it would (if it happens) represent the change that is taking place. -
http://mingersoft.com/blog/2012/04/troubleshooting-your-foxtel-iq2/ Redlegs, anything here relevant. Mentioned resetting signal which of course means rejoining but?
-
Don't they say almost everything can be recovered or is that just CSI? I'd follow up with some techies. Old be surprised if there was zero that could be done.
-
Would they not have tech people who could retrieve that data Redleg?
