There is something odd with Ralphie's statement. I mean could you imagine being the partner of an AFL star just cold calling player agents for legal advice? Seems a bit weird for mine and unlikely.
-
'I remain committed to playing in the red and blue' - he did not exclude playing for the white! Its official, he is going to the doggies!
-
So if that is true he did a Luke Ball and did everything he could to avoid playing for the dees (in his case again). If true that is pretty sad really. I mean its kind of like we are a partner that has been cheated on, everyone knows what happened and yet we take the partner back with open arms. lol

Main takeaway from the new Tom Morris comments was that he said that Tracc wanted to go to Collingwood, not to a big club. Thought that was interesting. Maybe he has realised that the only way not to sustain a catastrophic injury playing the pies is to join them.

Seems a bit damp and cool for painting
-
I never doubted you Tracc! 39 touch Norm Smith Medalist and Premiership hero. Hopefully the club can make the changes.
-
I have it on authority that Nathan Carroll is about to run a no confidence ticket.
-
Yeah i noticed the comment about 3 players attending the lunch and then 3 players leaking - seems convenient. It could just be that the players want to try and reassure the supporters or let them know the truth. My feeling is they know he is probably gone.
-
Yeah I would say that there is no other reason I can think of for the silence. Ive been putting pressure on a couple of folks who claim to know him personally but to no avail.

Fantastic post mate

Ok so it Tracc says Kate did reach out and did everything she could then I'm confused even more.
-
It's either because we are genuinely hated or because we are seen as an easy target
-
The only thing I could think was that he was trying to keep the defender deep to create space but he was going about it a very strange way and a way that resulted in his opponent front access to the ball for two quarters.
-
Im not sure I believe the big club comments or the big crowds things tbh. There are four big clubs not just two for a start.

You dont get a blood transfusion from internal bleeding unless there are signs of shock such as lowering blood pressure and increasing pulse. Circulatory shock can be fatal.

Neeld says hi

At least he didn't start with the 'we'll start with the WHHHOOOO!'

Yes even if she made it clear later that she has been in regular contact it came across at the start the she had not

I'm seriously thinking about going.

Re Roffey: As I've said I've met her twice and was impressed with her down-to-earth vibe on both occasions. But people are missing the point here. The reason she was asked whether she has spoken to Tracy's parents was because she was suggesting she speaks to player parents all the time and how much they love the club. So after making a point of how a player's parents fully trusted the club she responded to the question about Tracy's parents that she hasn't spoken to them for some time and then that she usually only speaks to parents on game day. So she had not in fact made an effort to contact them. I mean this isn't an every day event, the dude almost died. Surely even organising an Uber or something for the family?

That is on my train line and I might see if I can go. Think of awkward questions I can ask.
-
I felt the same way but Chandler has been good this season. Not quite at Spargo level but had some big monents.
-
Yeah good time to bottom out a little and trade in some youth and draft pics before Tassie comes in.

Ultimately the club should have been on the phone to the family and partner when he was in ICU. The club could have even sent Ubers for the family and things like that. Tell me Eddy at the Pies wouldnt have don't all that. I have met Kate a few times and always been impressed with her but to admit either correctly or by mistake that she hadn't spoken to his parents or family was a major error.
