  1. Wouldn't trade him for anyone, or really any combination of picks. Definitely not Fyfe. He's a bona fide star and the first we've had in a very long time.
  2. Nope - that last one from the boundary line in the wet was a stunner.
  3. I was telling him to relax and enjoy the win. Who comes on here after a big win on a Friday night and says their disappointed we didn't win by more? Don't have a go at me, mate!
  4. Yet still leads the league in contested grabs.
  5. Be a fool if he walked to anyone for any reason other than for a huge payday.
  6. He's just desperate to lead as well, which is fantastic for such a young bloke. Loves responsibility.
  7. The other side of that coin probably is that he's had a few more years on contract than he possibly should have. Agree though he is a ripper bloke.
  8. Amazing how much difference it makes when you bring blokes in because they're in form, not because you are dropping people and someone has to come up.
  9. Give yourself 5 mins not to worry about it and just go mental, mate.
  10. Sitting in a very quiet office in London trying desperately not to scream at the AFL Live App. Bring it home boys.
  11. YAY! ANOTHER JACK WATTS THREAD. No, really, let's talk about him some more.
  12. I agree - as per discussion with WYL above I really think they made the only choice open to them in the circumstances. I certainly wouldn't have gone with Dunn or Jamar and really Brad Green was the only player on that list even remotely with the capacity to captain other than the two who got it, so they were pretty stuffed whichever way they went really. My view is at least they had a go at putting the future in charge, not the past.
  13. Sorry, but this is revisionist rubbish. Dunn was nowhere near it and Jamar has the leadership qualities of Humphrey B. Bear.
  14. He's an employee of a football club who has every right to negotiate a salary in a way that benefits him the most. God the outrage about this is ludicrous.
  15. No, Ebola is a tragedy. This would be losing an averageish flanker who hasn't really been able to pin down which end of the ground he should flank on.
  16. That wouldn't be front of my mind if I had 8 years to make a lifetime's worth of money.
  17. This. Also, I agree with someone the other day who said Dunstall has a soft spot for us - he clearly does. He was barracking for us last year against Essendon in those last 30 seconds for sure...
  18. Gee, on paper we really should be able to push that Tigers team pretty hard.
  19. Just saving you from having to hit refresh repeatedly until he comes back
