Stats are only a small part. The facts are one player gets a game in a premiership outfit whilst the other floats between the seniors and reserves in a bottom two team that was decimated by injury. When people try to align players based upon stats alone it is quite ludicrous- I accept that, but I wasn’t e one who started that train of analyses. I always consider these types of things to be a pointless exercise but understand it’s meant to feed all things AFL. Any sane assessment should be done at a minimum of two to three years from now but I do like our approach more than anything. Therefore, I’m not voting.
