May can’t pick a ball off the ground anymore and Hunter needs to keep in simple with kicks

Good relationship / people management coach - which is important these days. However, tactically ridged - been beaten the same way for 12 months and doesn’t change anything - makes no In-game adjustments - just sets team at the start and plays games no matter the circumstances. Can’t remember a time where we’ve set a creative or radical gameplan for an opposition or won a game from the coaches box - I’d hate to think how good we could be with Sam Mitchell in charge.

When was the last time we played a game where we developed and executed a specific gameplay to beat the opposition? We play the same predictable football every week - we’ve been beaten in similar fashion for 12 months yet we don’t change or adjust anything - during the game or week to week

Shocking defence efforts but very efficient forward line entries - almost the opposite of last season - our backs need to get head in the contest and mids work harder defensively

Bowey in to replace one of the pressure forwards - Spago or ANB - we need his kicking skills into the forward line and both lads out of form - particularly ANB. Leave Brown - but just play deep - doesn’t lead past fwd 20m arc - and encourage midfielders / backs to run ball further toward 50m to kick. Standing 15m out from goal is the only time Brown looks likely.

Out : Kozzie & Hunt In : Chandler & Bowey Kozzies game and season has to come into scrutiny - too many time he’s avoiding contact - one handed marking attempt - tapping ball, kick off ground etc instead of picking up and absorbing tackle - he’s naturally hard but has developed soft behaviours that the club needs to stamp out and stop accepting — because the standards you walk past are the standards you accept.

Kozzie a few too many soft moments unfortunately

His hands and judgement are shot - couldn’t catch a cold - and decision making when he has the ball is poor - needs to iron out game in 2nds
