Good relationship / people management coach - which is important these days. However, tactically ridged - been beaten the same way for 12 months and doesn’t change anything - makes no In-game adjustments - just sets team at the start and plays games no matter the circumstances. Can’t remember a time where we’ve set a creative or radical gameplan for an opposition or won a game from the coaches box - I’d hate to think how good we could be with Sam Mitchell in charge.

When was the last time we played a game where we developed and executed a specific gameplay to beat the opposition? We play the same predictable football every week - we’ve been beaten in similar fashion for 12 months yet we don’t change or adjust anything - during the game or week to week
