There's no run and gun in this team. Playing momentum footy for no reason has played right into the depleted Tiger's hands and they will now have massive belief coming into the rooms at half time. As someone said earlier...no leadership out there anywhere so far. Maxy had a chance to set things up and settle the team with two in a row and instead went for the hero kick... ughh

We've given them a huge sniff. No excuses re three matches in thirteen tonight. This is as bad as we've played since the 2019 horror show.

Why are we continuing to try and hit short targets coming through the middle? Go long and strong to the 50 and put then under pressure one v one. We don't have enough players skilled enough by foot to keep doing this and there's no reason to anyway. It's not like they have a run on and we need to arrest momentum etc. Crazy stuff. The transistion is way too slow. Run and gun Demons and give the forwards a chance!

Very much so. Quite common after a buy early on but the question is can they clean things up AND get some run and finish happening.

Not bad but it was the lack of quality of a few too many disposals for mine plus he is still a fare way off his optimum fitness / strength me thinks. Certainly not writing him off either. Coming from a long way back and too early to judge his form solely on these last two matches. Let's see how he fares over the next block of 3 to 5 eh.

Was pretty much won and lost in the middle as well as our inbalance up forward. Two too many KFs, two of which were completely ineffective both aerially and at ground level. Playing all four of Jeffo, Fullo, BBB & Shack in the same team is a recipe for a likely loss except against very low hanging fruit. Moniz wasted down back imho... again! Moodie looked super slow and nowhere near it today and wasn't helped by a few of the other regular Casey crew.

He's at least two pre-seasons (with some heavy gym work included) away from being capable of clunking them more often i reckon.
