  1. A fracture in his mid foot? The words foot and fracture immediately make me think of Clark, Trengove, Viney, AVB and so on. Why the [censored] would you take any risk with someone who has a foot issue?! Won’t play again this year is my bet. Our season keeps on going from bad to worse.
  2. It’s actually so depressing. I can’t remember the last season we’ve had where we haven’t been decimated by injuries. Bad luck? Cursed? Poor management?
  3. The good news never ends If he needs season ending surgery, do it now. Get him fresh for next year and get another spot for the mid season draft.
  4. But of course! Why wouldn’t you take a risk with a best 22 player and a foot injury? This has never ever ended badly. Seriously laughable.
  5. The only player I want kicking the ball these days
  6. He came back on. Gingerly but still. If his foot was broken he wouldn’t get back on the ground.
  7. The new 6-6-6 has really [censored] us this year, but it won us the game tonight.
  8. He was on the bench for almost 10 minutes because there were no goals and play was on the other side of the ground so they couldn’t get him on. He was pacing the bench waiting. This is why we need Preuss. We almost lost the game when Gawn was off. He comes back on and helps us win with 40 seconds left.
  9. Agreed. He kicked the exact same goal last week. He was obviously going for goal, but as with every other kick in this game, it was a miss.
  10. Gus hasn’t played this bad since 2017. Deserves another week given we have players in the side who haven’t played well since 1978 and still manage to get games.
  11. Out: Hibbo, Keilty, Lewis (he re injured himself in the last) In: Preuss, ANB, whoever played well for Casey (didn’t watch the game as was out for mother’s day) I pray Melksham will be fine, but it’s a short break and a long trip so I’m not holding my breath. I assume Fritsch will go back to defense to cover Hibbo. Preuss direct replacement for Keilty.
  12. Yeah I mean you gotta be happy with a win. Those last 49 seconds saved this game from being officially the worst display of football ever seen in a professional game of AFL. It was a very costly win to a team already battling fitness and injury and our season is still done and dusted, but hey, take what you can get and celebrate. A terrible miss kick, a dropped mark and a kick that hit the post never looked so good!
  13. This vision should be titled: how to [censored] everything up and still come out on top
  14. That was revolting. Disgusting. Awful. Painful. Horrible. Offensive. And we got 4 points. Season is still over. West Coast next week. Lol
  15. Have you ever seen anyone so happy to kick a behind?
  16. What The [censored]
  17. [censored]. This. Club. We are disgusting.
  18. Melksham hobbling. And of course we are playing him still. Get. Him. Off.
  19. Well we are stuffed.
  20. I swear to [censored] God if they are risking Melksham and he gets reinjured I am going to kill everyone.
  21. Something is not ok with Gus. Really. He looks like he is not alert. What’s happening?
  22. This game has been so costly. Hibbo now Melksham down and my eyeballs are in permanent disarray from watching this garbage. Jones standing up at the right time.
  23. FaAaaaaark please don’t let that Melksham injury be a foot! Please please please please god help us. We are so stuffed.
  24. What the actual [censored] Oliver?!
