The soft underbelly of this club will never be gone. We are a weak club and our list is full of over inflated egos and lazy underachievers. We look flat footed, unfit, slow and lacking in any skills. Nice to see Goodwin trying to mix things up, but his game plan stinks and we will never win games of footy by having a completely empty forwardline. I lost count of the times we had not a single option to kick to going inside 50. Tony Lockett couldn’t kick a goal playing for this sad excuse of a team. We are in a world of trouble as realistically our list has no depth and we have no foreseeable improvement to come. Our skills are deplorable, but worst still is our inability to do basic defensive things. 17-3 tackles inside 50 is disgusting. 76-57 tackles another damning stat. We are lazy, we don’t spread hard enough, we don’t tackle well and we continuously lose our opponents in transition. Far be it from me to pick on a single player, but why did we bring in ANB? Houli tore him a new one and he laid one tackle inside 50. One. So many players are out of form or in decline and we just aren’t getting near it. Even our best asset, our midfield, is really down on form. All in all this season is a massive bust, and sadly we have 4 more years of Goodwin and his silly media smile and his [censored] political talk and very little tactical nous.

We will win max 4 games for the rest of the year. We are a disgraceful football team.

We are shambles. Completely dropped off in the clearances and our backline went to water under the relentless pressure. We are in real trouble. We have not kicked a decent score once this year and we don’t look like coming close to it. We are lucky they missed a few shots. But regardless this game looks over unless we start finding some avenues to goal.

Really concerning for both AVB and KK. Will either play again this year? Ever?

I’m just sad that we’ve had such a good run of prime time games and free to air exposure and we have totally stunk it up!

Oh and Goodwin will never have the guts to drop Lewis just like he will never drop Hibbo or TMac who are both barely going. I suppose when the cupboard is bare you gotta make do with what you have.
