Yep I am in the same boat as well. Listening to the radio angers me as well. The only mention Melbourne gets is on the end of a joke. Talking to people about footy gets harder when they mention Melbourne. Usually I don't even wanna talk or hear about Melbourne at the start of the week. Watching other games has little interest to me because every other teams looks so different to what I see in Melbourne.

I would love to see him come back and kick 10 against us. All 2,000 fans that rock up to the G will riot.

I am more then happy with Scully gone. I'd take what we got for him in a heartbeat.

Good luck to Mitch. I'd be shocked if he ever plays again. Whenever I get angry and disheartened about Melbourne I always think enough is enough and I should move on. Then I drink some concrete, harden the [censored] up and wait for the next crap thing to happen to this club.

What Cross said about the supporters put a smile on my face. In my eyes he really gets it. A player at our club for 2 games has connected with me where others haven't in many years. I'm not sure if that's a slap in the face to most of our current players or it's because Cross has his finger on the pulse. Cowboy_From_Hell does not include Nathan Jones in any criticism of our club or current playing list now and in any future posts.

They have also decided that a loss as big as last weeks will not be tolerated as a club moving forward.

Trading for future picks could work and hurt us at the same time. We don't have any stocks to trade apart from draft picks. Who wants our players? We could get a trade deal done because everyone expects us to finish in the bottom 4-6 for the next few years. This could encourage other clubs to trade a player to us for our future first round pick. Great for us in a way but that pick could be a pick 1-6. Stronger clubs could afford to lose a player to us and load up with top 10 picks whilst finishing in the top 4 every year. Hawthorn have been the best in my opinion at trading/drafting over the last 7 years. It does help that nearly every free agent wants to play for them but could you imagine Hawthorn having our first round pick this year?

I think we are on the right path. Once Morton,Gysberts and Cook get some game time into them we will rise.

I'm sure it has been said on here but maybe it's our players who make not just Roos but all of us sound like Neeld after a game.

I would like to see Howe play as our CHF. Get the ball in his hands because at the moment who ever plays deep doesn't get a touch. Howe has great foot skills as well. If pedo has to play it must be down back and for the time being have Dunn up forward. JKH to get a full gig and if gawn, Evans, blease and viney are remotely fit play them. Fitz and bail have to go and if we had a competent ruck spencer would never return.

Good to see everyone get around JKH for his goal.

Is Watts lazy today or injured? Training reports on here had him with a bit of a sore leg. In a way I hope he is sore because if he ain't he is plain lazy.

Those stats might be misleading. We get the ball inside 50 then handball it out, then back in, then we drop a mark, then we kick it back around the 50 metre arc and then we turn it over and West Coast kick a goal.

I'd rather see Toumpass try to make something happen when he gets the ball on the run in the forward line rather then handball 15 metres backwards and try to set up the perfect kick again.
