I think In Buckleys case I think he will be very motivated for a premiership as this is the one thing he doesn’t have as a player or coach.

I somewhat disagree. When he had his first segment with GW on SEN he was keen then over the next week he was more reserved with what he said. Who knows the reason for that maybe it was so that he didn’t come across as really keen or something else. I would be surprised if he didn’t get it but in saying that not much surprises me when it comes to the MFC. Time will tell.

Nor should it be. TMac has been in good form and SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN DROPPED earlier in the season. He should be offered another contract next yr too.

I heard Sammy Edmond (I think) on sen yest say something like Caulfield is progressing slowly but bogged down by red tape but looks like it will get done. Hopefully this is true and it’s only a matter of time. An update from the club would be nice.

None of us outside the club really know who the coach will be and for all we know there could have been a verbal agreement with the new coach hence part of the reason getting rid of Goodwin. Since Goodwin got sacked negotiations may have begun. You make a very good point Red in the way Bucks spoke about the job and u may very well be right. If he doesn’t know he potentially has the job why talk in that language especially when u consider how simo and horse have spoken about it. Time will tell.

Good interview by Jack. Shouldn't be too many complaints about that interview but I’m sure some on here will whinge about something in it. It’s the demonland way!
