Would put any delisted player back on our list rather than draft Nahas. This thread cannot be serious, surely?

I just can't see Matt Jones being in our best 22 & as far as delivering the ball to an opponent, would rather see the ball in the hands of Blease or Strauss. I guess they just don't figure in Roos long term plans, but with 2 years left to run, I hope Matt Jones proves me wrong.

Good luck to Strauss & Blease. Two talented draft picks we never saw the best of. BTW, how does Matt Jones escape scrutiny? Attracts the ball but skills are atrocious. Still remember that game he tried to kick 2 goals on the run & failed miserably. Think he even ended with 3 points only for the game. Rather see him out the door.

So far I like the exerience we've drafted in Jeffy & H. If no Petracca, I'd be happy with Brayshaw as a mid & Wright for a future ruck prospect to replace Jamar.

Too many "what if's" about this trade. Stuff Pick 12. On medical advice & if Trengove is on track to do a full pre season we should keep him. Up until he got that dodgy suspension for that sling tackle he was playing some great football. Injury free he would be a real big bonus for us next season.

We need a ruckman with Jamar nearly finished & Mitch could be a great replacement. Roosy needs to keep that in mind before trading him.

I can't understand why we would trade pick 2 & miss out on a gun mid like Petracca. Where is the sense in that? You should always take the best available in the draft & he sounds like it. I'm sick of us stuffing up big time at the draft table so by overlooking Petracca & taking a less quality player in Brayshaw makes no sense at all.

In : Strauss, Pedo & JKH. Out: Grimes (inj), Matt Jones, (useless), Riley ( Should never play again, can't kick, turnover merchant of the highest order. Kelly from GWS probably still can't believe that pass Riley gave in the last quarter to blow the lead out to 10 goals plus.

I hope Blease gets a late call up. Anyone who can kick 5 goals in a game is worthy of another chance IMO.

5 free kicks for the entire game was farcical. Last quarter Cloke nearly decapitated Howe's head in a marking contest & no free paid. Filth get a goal from the resultant play on as the ball comes out. Also Jetta unfairly penalised for taking his opponent high which gifted them another goal. Where's the consistency? Umpires did not cost us the game but what about a fair go?

We need him at FB & Hulk Hogan at FF. Would be a very strong line up with those 2 as bookends.
