WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - STEVEN MAY
Lets just add Fyfe and Dusty and we can forget about the back 6..?

WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
Goodwin's targeting of Hibberd and the subsequent value he's provided to the team and enhancing our ability to play the way Goody wants us to play is an insight into how deeply Goodwin has wrapped his head around this team, our evolving game style and what we need to improve it. Its very encouraging on multiple levels.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever
Pass on Lever, and let Jason Taylor and the team work their draft magic with a full set of picks to use... In addition to young guns via the draft, we are entering the window where we can attract quality free agents who'll slot straight in. Trading picks or our gun players for other gun players should be our last resort.

In Jason Taylor we trust!
Also "good recruitment" could actually be a result of good development..? Perhaps it's the arrival of Roos, Macca and Goodwin that is the reason Taylor looks like a genius?

Biggest rivalry?
This.. I hate them all. Want them to suffer and be afraid of playing us. And for us to humiliate them repeatedly. If I had to narrow it down equal first would be Dons - GWS - Hawks - Cats this year.

In case you don't already hate the Dons enough... read this (with degree of salt) - https://www.zerohanger.com/ricky-nixon-explains-rorted-salary-cap-9852/- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
Totally agree, Hibberd's boot and Hunt's speed combined will help with the switch and opening teams upon the rebound.- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
Just one offer thus far - "Their situation is they've offered a future second and we'd just like to get this year's second round so we're discussing that with them at the moment." Dodoro said.- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD

So are we a "destination club" now!!??- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - MICHAEL HIBBERD
Another aspect of this move by the MFC to get Hibberd is that it's saying "our window has now opened and we now want senior football ready recruits to finish our prep and polish us up for a tilt.".- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB – JAKE MELKSHAM
- The youngest most inexperienced side
The average age/experience of the top teams really highlights that if we can keep this team together and developing over the next two years, we should evolve into something special as our boys age and gain experience.- The youngest most inexperienced side
I like Hunt as well. I think if Melksham and Lamumba were holding down the HBFs then Hunt would have been groomed and come in on the wing...- The youngest most inexperienced side
I think losing Melksham, the form fall of Dunn and injury to Lamumba has robbed us of a lot of experience and leadership in the backline. The result of this is OMac, Hunt and Wagner have had to step up earlier in their development than would have been planned for.- The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
His miss from straight in front in the 3rd, which then was rebounded for a Dogs goal, cost us any momentum we had and signaled we were cooked. Hogan is still so young and raw, mentally more than physically. He will mature, but he has a way to go before he actually has what all champions have - the ability to single-handedly impose themselves on and win games of footy for their team.- The Incredible Hulk - Jesse Hogan
