GAME DAY: Melbourne vs Richmond - JLT #1
That's the game plan man. Goody calls it chaos ball. I call it mindless rubbish.

Illicit Drug Use in AFL
I agree with him. For eg. you had the St.Kilda president Rod Butterss making key club decisions while off his face on coke and alcohol. Wouldn't put it past Gill. And then you have a bunch [censored] journo muck rakers like purple and slobbo. Who knows what those clowns get up to in the dunnys on brownlow night. It's about running a clean and fair workplace. Cant just test the blue collars while the white collars do what the fork they want. And yeah, I'm a bogan. No cheese platter at the footy for me.

Illicit Drug Use in AFL
I'd suggest Riewoldt is the bloke who spoke to Thomas (as they were close) about the drug culture at the Aints and when Thomas come under fire for his comments felt the need to back up his comments .... Sort of.

Express Yourself
As always Wankerfields just thinking about his filling his wallet. "Here he comes , dressed by Kanye West."

Illicit Drug Use in AFL
Me thinks Eddie protests too much. I heard a rumour a while back it was his mob dodging tests with mental health issues.

Riewoldt rates Hogan as better forward than TMac
With Lyons outdated game plan and freos slow ball movement I reckon he'll find it tough. Gonna have 3 blokes standing next to him whenever the ball comes in and we know how Hogan loves that.

Illicit Drug Use in AFL
Did sound like that. But hell, Lary Gyon used the old mental health chesnut to hide from the media after banging his best mates missus for a couple years. So its got multiple uses.

Illicit Drug Use in AFL
I know of 1 bloke who missed a finals series cause of "mental health" issues. Can't have the biggest name in the game tarred with the drug brush can we.

JLT 01: vs Richmond ... a Hot one
I'd like to see you playing in that heat. And it'll still be 38deg at 4 o'clock don't you worry about that.

Post Practice Match Discussion - Melbourne v Collingwood
A mad collingwood supporter at work thinks Adams is an overrated turnover merchant.

Post Practice Match Discussion - Melbourne v Collingwood
Mason Cox is a pretty average footballer. Still causes big headaches.

Post Practice Match Discussion - Melbourne v Collingwood
Reckon JKH played his best game for the club just before the finals and got dropped to make way for returning players the following week. Reckon he was abit stiff. Hope he can continue the good form, fridays hitout sounds promising for him.

Most Heartwarming Win?
This one has got to be mine for similar reasons. I've got 3 kids, 15 down to 11years old, its been some terrible curse but we hadn't seen a win live since Bailey was coaching. Whatever game I took them to, we'd get done. Didn't matter who we played. Makes for a long 7hr round trip lemme tell ya. I took them to the ANZAC and Queens Birthday games last year to let them experience a large crowd at the G as most of the one we've watched have only been half full at best or at the soulless Etihad. I asked my young bloke who's 13 after the Queens Birthday game what he thought of the noise the big crowd makes. He said "Yeah, but it's always the other teams." And he was right, we'd watched 'em all run over us. My youngest daughter had never actually seen a win live. Broke my heart as they've had it tough in the school yard them kids. Took them to the Elimination final and not only was the crowd mostly Melbourne supporters for a change. It was us doing the damage. We were also in Mitch Hannans pocket and he put boot to ball right in front of us. The noise and the sea of raised fists in the air when it went through was something to behold. I can still see the look on my kids beaming faces. Un forken real .... The monkeys off the back.

Most Heartbreaking Loss?
I was the same watching with my young daughter who had seen stuff all wins. We hit the front with what 20secs left in the game. She says, "20 seconds left dad. We're gonna win." I said " 20 seconds is a lifetime darling, anything could happen." And I went cold as the nightmare unfolded.

Most Heartbreaking Loss?
Where to begin ...... There's been so many. 87 prelim. 88 GF. 2000 GF. Losses against bottom side Carlton when challenging for top 4 in around 04. The semi final against adeleaide at the G when we went on a rampage through the 2nd and 3rd qrs to be overrun in the last. Neil Danihers last game as coach when essendon got us in the last minute. The collingwood loss in the last game 2yrs ago. Last years Prelim was right up there. Best contested team in the comp and just did not give a yelp. Any loss against Essendon. And don't get me started on the yo, yo YEARs for disappointment. The list could go on and on.

Training - Wednesday, 20th February, 2019
He kicked that right in front of us and it still give me chills every time I watch it. And can you believe there were Melbourne supporters behind us telling us us to "Sit down in front." As you see in the clip, the crowd was up as soon as the geelong bloke fell over. If ya gonna biatch about people standing up when we've just nailed the coffin shut in a long awaited final, stay home and watch it on TV. Near lost my sheet I tells ya.

Jetta: Unfinished Business
There were a couple of sliding door moments early in that game that I wonder if they had've gone our way if things would've been different. Captain Nietz took a couple of strong marks close to goal within the 1st few minutes of that game when it was at its hottest. Kicked 2 points. Ball goes up the other end, Essendon captain Hird takes a mark around CHF. Kicked truly and they were away with their tails up. Also the fact that we seemed totally unprepared for the physical onslaught that was dished out to our young players early. We should have been prepared for this as they had beaten us up for the previous 6-8 years. And this was a GF. Anyhoo, lets hope its us with the mongrel for the next 10 years.

Jetta: Unfinished Business
I wish Neitz had said we had unfinished business on the GF dais in 2000 instead of hoping we could get back there one day and give it another crack.

Harmsey Ready to Wreak Havoc Again
Harmes will be a gun. And he bleeds Red and Blue like few others. Living our dreams, playing for the club he supported as a kid. Knows the heartache we've all been through. Fast becoming one of my favourites.

Sam Weideman + contract
He doesn't have to be star. Just play his role. Target would be a couple goals a game this early on.

Sam Weideman + contract
This is a young hungry squad that appear to be genuinely enjoying their footy together ATM. Reckon he'll stay till we have at least 3 flags.
